Thanks - more ammunition for the player, I would say.

You're right - Delanos needs to pay its dues and extricate itself from this mess before it too becomes the subject of almost universal player revulsion.

What are all the casinos / businesses connected to the owners of Delano's , Hamptons/Portofino?

Delano's may be the worst offender here. What is known about them?

Someday perhaps one of these anonymous casino con artists are going to rip off the wrong player.

What's critical to know about DELANO CASINO and CRISTIE the manager is that both CRISTIE and DELANO have been given every opportunity to take the high road on this issue and they (heretofore) have made the conscious decision not to.

Formal demand letters have been sent to DELANO CASINO in care of the DELANO CASINO MANAGER CRISTIE twice within the last five days and she has made the concious and probably calculated decision not to reply in any shape manner or form.

Cipher, forgive me, being the new guy and all, but it seems you are pulling a Pirate. Try to keep a lid on these things for the time being, for Pirate's sake. Hampton got themselves into a position where they CANT pay Pirate now (it would be an admission that they were full of crap), in part due to all the gossip and stuff on these boards. so report back in 2 more weeks after it is settled whether this has been resolved with them or not.

I appreciate your genuine insight as well as your well meaning concern.

The fact of the matter is this. For nearly two weeks now there's been some pretty exhaustive efforts put forth by legal counsel, investigators and some very knowledgeable individuals incident to the incident gaming industry.

Lastly, It should suffice to say that this Forum and others like it, are in fact the Courts of Public Opinion and from this point on we intend to bring the full light of day to any and all issues involved in this debacle.

Ok, I went back over everything (boy, what a thread!) and pulled out the info I was looking for. I thought I may share it. It's a task to wade through all that info.

    Breakaway paid $40,000.
    Phoenician paid $20,000.
    Prism paid $30,000.
    Virtual paid $30,000.
Delano paid $14,000 and then stopped payment on either $70,000 or $96,000, I don't know which, both figures are floating around out there.

Supposedly there are unknown amounts not being paid by unnamed RTG casinos.

There are accounts with money in them that have been frozen by various RTG casinos.

Then of course, there is the small matter of 1.3 million with Hampton.

I guess the question really is, how much did pirate lose at any of these casinos? if these are all winnings, then Pirate is one mighty lucky motherf*.

    Hi Dominique

Attached are the facts that are supported by documented evidence and incident to the questions you raised. Have a good one.

Sorry for appearing dense, Cipher, but can you clarify the following for me?

"Played back" means Lost back, right? and

"Delano payed $14,000 / $17,000" means between those two amounts paid?

[Thx for digging this up Dominique]
