InterPoker now pot must be raked 1 dollar

yes it's true. Interpoker used to be that you could get a 25 cent rake and get credited for a raked hand. Now the pot must be raked 1 dollar for it to count now. So if you play poker there, you are basically screwed.

Anyone still wanna do the bonus by playing poker? I think not. I cleared the bonus in the casino in 50 minutes. cashed out money ahead and now don't have to go back until the first of next month (change that....go back when the downtime tourney happens.)

Still the same WR for the casino!!!!

    Thumbs down damn

Damn just when I started to like Inter Poker they changed the terms. Nah probably not going to even bother with the new terms. Especially after all the hell I went through with the first terms. Ryan H will probably read these posts. So Ryan why the increase??? It was hard enough keeping the bonus with the first terms!

Thumbs down just got the e-mail

Just got the e-mail and don't like it....Cuts down on the hands played but will miss playing at the .25 cent tables and those .25 raked hands....BOO

    E-mail:
PLEASE NOTE: There are a couple of changes from July 1st to the Poker wagering requirements:

Firstly the wagering required to clear your bonus to play in poker is coming back down to 5 (five) times the bonus in raked hands. For example a $90 bonus will require only 450 raked hands to clear.

Secondly the definition of a raked hand at InterPoker is changing. From July a raked hand will only be counted when 1 unit (£/$/€) or over is raked. This is the equivalent of a $20 pot. Every hand you are dealt cards and the total pot is $20 or more a raked hand will be counted towards your bonus.

The worst part of Inter Poker:
How can I keep track of my raked hands? Unfortunately there isn't a raked hand counter in the software – this is something we 're hoping to change in the near future. However, you can look at the log viewer and find the number of hands you’ve played in total - if you check this on a regular basis you will have an idea of how many raked hands you have played. Alternatively you should contact players help and they will be able to give you exact figures

Get a Hand counter already!!! My God you guys are a multi million dollar Casino!!!!

This is a great deal for players who play a little higher, 3-6 and up. I agree that it is not such a good deal for all the "nasty little 1-2 bonus whores." But that's the breaks. Life's a bitch, and then you die.

In my opinion this is a win/win. It assures that the poker room will still make money off these bonuses. If you don't root for the poker room to succeed, then you are nearsighted because if they don't succeed, then this opportunity will not last forever.

So instead of trying to be a breakeven player, grinding it out in the 1-2 games while bonus whoring, try actually reading a book and improving you play and moving up in limits. You don't have to jump into the 20-40. Just improve your skills a little bit and you will find plenty of good games in 2-4 up through 5-10, even 10-20. Also, I recommend learning to play well shorthanded, if you don't already. I believe the 5/6-max games are where the money's at.

    Thumbs down are kidding???

It was almost impossible to keep your bonus with the previous terms! Now you have to play at higher stakes tables for what the half the wagering! No Thank You! I will be passing on this bonus until they come back down to Earth. Which won't happen so I guess I will not be playing there. And without the hand counter it's just such a pain it's not worth the time at all.

Classic has done the same thing. I had other half the raked hands done for the sign up. Did what I thought was almost 100 more and just called support to see how many i have done in total. He says the system has not updated yet and to call back. No mention of the change. Call back a few days later and am told that the 100 that I did under the old terms count as 9.

I have sent a few e-mails about this with no reponse. Thankfully, they only have a sign up and no reloads but I would avoid this site as who knows what they plan on doing next.

It is one thing to change it for future months but to apply it to bonuses for previous months is unfair.
