    Help me cashout at Partypoker

I don't know what's the deal with the cheques being mailed to Canada. They take more than a month to be sent to me and another 2 weeks to clear.

SO I figured selling gift certificates for 90% of face value to help me cash out quick on ebay. but now, ebay is saying that they dont' want to promote online gambling. It's a cesspool of stolen goods being sold, but they won't allow me to sell a Gift Certificate. What a joke

I'm now selling them at Yahoo auctions. 90% of face value - I'm only posting because I don't think people will notice on Yahoo Auctions being a small auction site. I am basically using it to add verifiability. If you are interested in making 10% off partypoker (on me), check out the auction. My username on ebay is kaizerballs, so you can check out the feedback given for previously sold gift certificates..

    Cheers

PS. If anybody can recommend any other good cashout options for nonUS residents it would be appreciated. I tried using FPS passporte, but the charges add up to be ~11% after exchange rate and Visa Debit Fees.

Neteller and Firepay (I have a Firepay nightmare story like so many do) are both based in Canada. Neteller is obviously the largest and most trusted.

Now what I guess I dont understand is you say Epassporte charges 11% with conversion and debit card fees, but you will take a 10% loss and hope you dont get screwed selling it on auction? I'm sure Yahoo gets a cut too. Seems like a lot of hassle to pay same amount if not more. Especially since there is an Epassporte bonus with pay-pro (Party and skins processor) and igm-pay is free right into your bank account in 4 days or so.

Yeah problem is that all those other options need a US bank account. And the cheques take a bunch of time to clear. It hasn't been that bad when ebay was accepting these auctions, paypal is perfect. but now ebay doesn't want to promote online casinos for whatever reason. Oh well.

The reason Ebay does not want to touch this is because Paypal is forbidden by settlement to process online gaming transactions, Ebay owns Paypal.

Withdrawal by Bank Transfer is available in Canada and the United States.
This is directly from Netellers website for EFT cashouts also

The NETELLER ATM Card is the fastest and most convenient way to withdraw money from your NETELLER Account. You can instantly withdraw funds from your NETELLER account from ATMs and Points-of-Sale on the Cirrus/Maestro and Pulse/Star networks. These networks provide coverage to over 85% of the world, from Chicago to China.
You certainly have found a creative approach, I guess I am just confused as to why you would take a loss by going to auction with the PP$$ when you could cash it out seemingly so easy. What am I missing?

    Good luck with it.

I am somewhat concerned about this thread. Why wouldn't you simply open a neteller account and collect 100% of your winnings. It would appear you are selling an IOU for $5.00 less then face value, plus auction fees. You will still have to wait for about a week before bidding closes and additional time before you receive the funds in the mail or bank wire. Your justifaction is the time it takes to get your withdraw from the poker room. But in essence you are adding aditional time it takes for the withdraw, and getting less money. Am I seeing something here noone else is, this has a slight odor to it? One I don't like. I think other members should procede with caution until the meister has a look at this thread. Just my opinion.

How about it is really a scam and the certificates don't worth diddly-squat!
Just like people writing you a check to buy something but the amount is way more than your goods are worth and then they ask you for a check or cash for the change! Of course their checks worth zero.

Stupid scammer is looking for victims!

I suggest someone starts checking out this guy's IP address, email, anything that is connected to this guy.

I put it on a scam too, thats why I challenged it from the get. If this is not a scam this is a bad idea. If it is legit this guy has to worry about someone buying them and charging it back, or how did this guy fund his account without neteller? Phone card setup Party has? However it was if he charges back and you buy these I would be sure you are stuck and Party takes these back.

If you really are legit get Neteller, your way is setting yourself up for just as long of a wait and the possibility of being scammed yourself.

I funded my account throuhg western union. cash deposit. It really isn't a scam - I guess you guys are really skeptical of the world. I don't mind offering a deal because I do prety well on partypoker. Using ebay to sell them provided verifiability, but now that they don't do that. I was hoping somebody could vouche for me on the board when they receive their gift certificate and get my whole 'cashout' process going again. Take my IP. help me out... and if i screw you over. i'll give you $50 for free. Hell. I'll even have faith, and if you are interested and part of this board, I'll give you the details before you pay.

    Cheers.
