You don't mention what position you raised from, but you do know that A5 is a junk hand too, don't you? In my experience, if players see you making lots of raises with tripe like this, they are going to start gambling with you.
It may have been collusion, but it looks to me like the 6-3 tried to isolate you and the 8-3 was trying to play like he had a pair of aces (a misguided effort in a small-stakes game). 6-3 caught a piece of the flop, and didnt think you did. 8-3 wouldn't give up his bluff.
Both played like crap, but thats the world of small-stakes poker.
