This was one of the first questions we asked when they sent us the release, but they declined to answer it on grounds of "business confidentiality". We persisted, they continued to decline despite the disadvantages of such a position being pointed out to them.

I get suspicious when a company will not identify its clients (or those clients do not want to be identified) in this sort of scenario.....

This is a potential major red flag, but then again it may be nothing but inexperienced PR people who don't have a clue what players and other industry people expect.
