Which online poker rooms offer a download version that can be installed and played on Mac OSX computers?

I'm having this same problem. Just bought a macbook only to find out i can't play at my favourite casino's or poker rooms....very annoying!

Stars, FTP and Ongame all have Mac client software. Or you could use some kind of PC emulation.

Mac Poker has a good list of them. Also Carbon Poker just released a mac version in beta.

Quick question for you mac users...

Do flash based poker rooms generally work on macs? I was reading somewhere a while ago that not all do. Any truth in it?

Well you can install windows 7 to mac computers as secondary as , and then have the ability to play all rooms. Or if you dont like windows emulation is also possible. But as mac:s are coming more popular, soon the software providers are forced to make mac software as well.

People using mac who have lots of money online should also be warned, that viruses are coming to mac more and more with the recent popularity of mac:s. So you might just be cautious, mac:s are not as well protected for these new threats.
