Thumbs down Full Tilt Customer Service always this bad!!!

I haven't been able to log into my FT account and have sent 9 emails, 24 hours of waiting, and still no response from Full Tilt except the following:

    Hello xxxxxxx,

    Thank you for your email.

We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience. We are currently receiving a large number of emails and are responding to each one as quickly as possible.

We've forwarded your email to the correct department. A representative will respond to you shortly.

Thank you for your patience and if you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions, please let us know.

    Regards,

    Robert
    Full Tilt Poker Support

Has anyone else had issues with their customer service? I think 24 hrs is way out of line to be waiting for a answer, specialty since they kept telling me they will contact me shortly (does shortly mean weeks from now?)

You sent 9 emails in 24 hours? No wonder they are ignoring you. Take a deep breath and calm down.

FTP's support is bad. It is well known in poker that it is their weak spot. If your account is locked email security@ and you will avoid level 1 support that has a reputation of being among the worst in the industry.

Agree, avoid general support like plague. Direct emails are answered at least 2x faster.

I think their customer service sucks because they have a lot of customers. Could be it I guess...

The CS sux bc they have a desirable product which is in demand, and they might be a touch greedy; they just don't care. In fact, if ur in a rush, don't let on... IN my exp., that slows an FTP CSR way down...
BTW, Have you been multi-accounting or passing bad echecks? Maybe sharing an IP with another full tilter? Those would be the common reasons...

They do have an absurd player database so no doubt get hammered with emails constantly. Still that is no excuse, they should have sufficient staff to deal with demand. 24 hours isn't that great but still better than the majority. I prefer to just pick up a phone...

The only US facing brands that offer phone CS are sportsbooks. None of the major rooms have phone CS.
