Action Poker Closes ?

It would appear that Action Poker and its network has closed. Gambling 911 is reporting they closed, players have reported to me that support does not reply to email and payments have been very slow. All of their websites are down and the contact I have that was always online has not been online in several days. Pokerpulse.com shows zero cash game players currently but there have been some players today. At the moment there are a handful of players playing but they could be on other skins that have yet to receive word. I'll post more when/if I find out.

It appears the G911 report has been altered and the network sites are back up. This still doesn't mean anything. At the moment there is literally nobody playing and only a handful of people at the tables all sitting out. Maybe I jumped the gun here but this still doesn't look good.

To clarify here Action had problems that lasted multiple days where their network and websites all went down. On top of all of the other constant problems G911 reported they closed (now corrected). When I went and checked and Pokerscout reported them as 0 players in last 24 hours, all sites were down, our rep not being online for days and player experiences I figured it was safe to assume this was an accurate report. Obviously it wasn't. I apologize to the forum for accepting something G911 reported as fact even with so much evidence that they were correct.

Any explanations from Action yet on why they were down for so long PA?

Was it techie problems or something more sinister like a DDoS assault (although they would perhaps be rather small to be such a target)
