Absolute Poker fails to stand by their tournament terms?

No they do not just specify what does only count. They explicitly specified pushes and splits as something that did not count. No mention of "even money" though. Neither did they say that "only blackjacks paid 3:2 qualify" (which would be the fastest and most accurate way to describe the rules the way they are now trying to interpret them).

Also, it has nothing to do with the security. That clause applies to a case when they have a reason to believe someone hacked their software or server, so they are saying they won't let him argue in this case.

After re-reading the OP and rules again, I absolutely agree with your statements. Think I shot from the hip here without much thought. Just responded...

I asked you to kindly show me a specific part in the Terms based on which you decided not to count those 92 even-money winning blackjack hands. You've just mentioned that only blackjacks paid 3 to 2 are counted, but it is not in the terms. So could you please show me a specific clause you used?

Be kindly informed that we have successfully reviewed your situation with the Programming and Promotions Departments; they have thoroughly and flawlessly checked each and every one of the hands you have played during the time frame this promotions was running and we noticed that there are no discrepancies in regards to the amount of hands that were counted and that qualified for this promotion’s award.

Furthermore, please keep in mind that there are certain restrictions and other factors involved that determine if a Blackjack hand qualifies for this promotion; they are stated as follows:

Terms & Conditions:

- Each daily leaderboard runs from 12:00:00 am ET to 11:59:59pm ET.
- To qualify, players must be seated in a single-player or multi-player Blackjack cash game.
- Only natural Blackjacks qualify for this promotion. The winning hand must feature an Ace along with a ten, jack, queen or king.
- Blackjack hand must be a winning hand. Pushed hands do not count.
- Blackjack must be hit with first two (2) cards dealt. Blackjacks in split hands do not qualify.
- Blackjacks hit in Tournament Blackjack games do not count.
- In the event of a tie for first place on the leaderboard, the player who played the most qualifying Blackjack hands during that day will be awarded the $1,000 prize.
- Players who have never made a deposit to their Absolute Poker account are ineligible for this promotion.
- Only one player per account is permitted. Any winner who is discovered to have had more than one player on his/her account will be disqualified.
- Any type of play that lets a player gain an unfair advantage will result in disqualification. Promo abuse will be penalized with immediate disqualification.
- Our Security Team is alerted to all abnormal play.
- Any resulting disqualification or security decisions are final.

There are many good reasons these guys are number 1 on most every responsible casino sites Blacklist.

With all the warnings out about these crooks... I find it hard to believe anyone still plays at ap/up.

I hate to say it, but you got what you deserved.

When you play with crooks don't expect them to play 'honest' or to keep their word...
