    Mansionpoker.Com, showing ID

    Hi.
Last week I won some money playing poker on mansionpoker.com, and decided to withdraw 200$.

I received a phonecall from mansion asking me to answer some questions to verify my Id. Last 4 digits on creditcard, emailadress, homeadress, town date of birth etc.

Then the day after requesting the withdrawal, I received an email to verify my ID.

They asked for my visa front and back, and drivers license/passport.

I sent them a copy of my passport, and a copy of front and back of my visa card, scrambling the the middle part of my creditcard number and the control code, for my own safety.

One week after my ID was not good enough. Now they ask for the same Id again. Visa and passport, and a statement.

I sent them a statement, but refused to send them another copy of visa / passport. I really dont see the point. The copy I sent them previously is legit. The copies are of good quality and It has been accepted by other poker /casino sites.

Makes me wonder. Their high security had no problems accepting deposits without showing ID, but once I withdraw some money they are suddenly very (unreasonable) strict.

On the opposite, virgingames asked me for ID before I started playing.

7 days and counting and they still havnt accepted my withdrawal.
I wonder how long it will take.

Have any of you experienced problems, withdrawing from mansionpoker.com?

    Declined again..

Mansionpoker.com is the first casino// pokersite to decline my ID.

This weekend I sent a copy of one utility bill and a bank statement.

Earlier I verified my adress, email adress, birthdate , last 4 digits of my visacard over the phone.

I have also provided copy of both sides of my visa and a copy of my passport.

It has now been almost 2 weeks since I requested a withdrawal of 200$.

Partycasino on the other hand, verified my ID with the same copy of passport and utility bill as I sent mansion, and I was approved within a few hours.

I now know where I will be playing, and were I will not be playing.

No. I'm new here. I didnt now there even was a rep from mansion in here.

What surprises me, Is that their reason for declining my Id, was that it wasnt clear enough. I find that amazing, as the copys are clear scans from a great canon printer I bought last year.

    No problem

Please update the thread if and when the problem is resolved. It's always nice to know the end result of something like this.

I pm'd the rep here at casinomeister, asking why exactly my ID was declined. I got a reply very quickly, where she said she was going to look into it, and give me an answer the same day.

2 days gone. No answer here, no email from mansionpoker.

Btw - I received my cashout from partycasino today. So Im very happy with them. I requested cashout in the weekend. They verified and sent me the money almost immediatly. Now the money is in my bank account.
To bad I cant say the same about mansionpoker.

I guess I have to rescan all my documents once again and hope for a cashout.

    Summary.
partycasino: cashout request 1200$. accepted. 3 days of waiting.
mansionpoker: cashout request 200$. declined 14 days and still waiting.
Same copies of Id shown at both places.

Well, it's not too much of a surprise to hear promises but then not see them delivered.

Remember though that once you have had your ID accepted, you won't need to go through this again.

But of course if you prefer Party overall, then you know what to do!
