It seems like it has been sorted out. I receieved a mail that I could disregard the previous email from mansion.

And Sarah the mansion rep in here, Pm'd me saying it was ok.
So now I just wait for my money to arrive.

Thanks to Sarah for helping me out.

    Here we go again

I thought everything was fine after receiving a pm from Sarah, and an email from mansionpoker.com

    But its not.

Today I received an email from mansionpoker saying that the money I requested for withdrawal, has been placed back to my mansionpoker account, due to failing to show ID.

ITs been almost 3 weeks since I requested my 200$, and again Im declined.
In comparasin to partycasino I have now received 2 cashouts of over 1200$ each in half the time, mansion has spent proccessing my request.

    Another Summary

    Mansionpoker.com requested 200$ cashout. 3 weeks. Declined
    Partycasino.com request 1. 1250$ + request 2. 1200$ Both accepted and received in under a week.

I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve here in all honesty.

Clearly you prefer PartyPoker over Mansion. That's fair enough. But you are much better discussing this via PM instead of in the forum. I don't think Sarah visits unless she gets a PM so I doubt she will notice this.

All I can say is, you know what to do once you get your money

    Im only updating my situation.

Yes I do prefer partycasino for 2 obvious reasons. 1. I hit a jackpot. 2. They proccessed my cashouts quickly, and their support is in general quick.

Reason I posted this topic was to know If im the only one having problems receiving a cashout at mansion, and to let the casinomembers know that receiving a cashout here can be a pain the ...

I thought casinomeistermembers would like to know where things are good and bad.
Its from a member post I recently decided to try 3dice casino. ( cool site btw. Some fun slot games)

I've been playing poker and casinogames since 2005 and this is the first time I get my cashout request declined. Several times..
Ladbrokes, virgingames, pokerstars, intercasino, vcpoker, pdcpoker and others have all accepted my ID.

(At vcpoker I won the sit n go jackpot of 2000$ for 4 consecutive wins, my very first day I played there.)

Edit: I did PM the rep in here today and sent mansion a mail.

I understand that. Please don't take it as a personal criticism.

But think about it. If you keep posting about the problem, yes you will be letting us know, but it doesn't really make the rep more likely to help you out. If you posted the problem, contacted the rep, eventually got it all sorted, and then let us know, that would of course be the best possible outcome.

However, moaning about the problems they are causing - not that I'm suggesting I would have done anything different to you - could quite easily make Sarah wonder why she should bother to help, as you prefer the service received elsewhere and thus are just going to not play there any more once you have received your money.

It was only a friendly piece of advise
