I read this thing, not just once, but twice... evidently, I'm mentally challenged. Someone please tell me exactly who is suing whom?
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

    here you go...

ps: They're suing the company that made the software... So I have no idea if they're going to give back money to the players that were affected or not.

The claim was filed by Blast-Off Ltd. of Malta, a private company that currently has an ownership interest in Ultimate Bet.

It reads like they are suing themselves doesn't it? I think it seems that way due to the owner structure but it isn't clear to me either.

The way I interpret this report is that Blast Off has an ownership interest in Tokwiro, and therefore has the right to launch a claim against Excapsa, which was the Canadian firm that provided the software for Absolute and UltimateBet and who's involvement was presumably bought by the ownership prior to that of Tokwiro.

Nat Arem linked the “sleepless” account in the scandal to a home in Las Vegas owned by Russ Hamilton, who was allegedly part of the ownership structure which (again presumably) sold to Tokwiro. Or is he still involved in the Tokwiro structure somewhere, even if only as an investor?

Hamilton has not publicly confirmed or denied his involvement on the advice of his lawyers and canceled a radio appearance on Poker Road recently.

And where does Scott Tom fit into this picture?

These are the sort of issues causing so much concern and interest - the lack of disclosure on exactly who owned what and sold to whom and for how much...and when.

Where did Chief Norton get the funding to purchase these two probably expensive properties (although their fortunes are apparently declining according to some reports, which is hardly surprising given the bad taste this whole issue has left) and who is involved with him?
