From DuthNews.nl

Poker player wins almost a million

A regular visitor to the Rotterdam casino won the club's highest ever jackpot of €980,000 playing a complicated version of poker known as Caribbean Stud, news ageny ANP reports.

The man, who wants to remain anonymous, won the game with a royal flush.

Ah, It's a Tote/Kitty Bet.

The throw a Euro on a box each game & if you hit a royal, you collect 100% of the pool. I think the chain of casinos are all linked.

I was at the casino when someone got.....I think it was a straight flush for 10%, cant really remember.

I tend to avoid those tables, they eat away at your chips.

Correct, a sf is 10%. You have to put the $1 in the bonus bet or else you don't get it if it hits.
