Locked account - how long should i expect to wait?

I've had my account locked for security reasons at betmost poker. The support staff won't tell me why but are reassuring me that it is nothing to worry about and that they will send me an email as soon as they have an answer for me.

I opened the account on the 14th of february. Was welcomed by the live support and told about a bonus and freeroll tickets i would recieve if i deposited right away.

I deposited 150 dollars and played for an hour or two before going to bed. Was up almost 150 but played 50 or so back on casino games.

When i wanted to play the next morning i found my account had been locked. I've written them a few polite emails asking what's going on but so far no response that's telling me anything.

I won the most of the money from one guy playing 1/2 limit table. He was raising and reraising every hand no matter what he had so wasn't hard to win so i'm wondering if they are suspecting me of collusion or something like that.

Should i expect my account to be opened again? and if so how long does this sort of thing take? Or should i just write off the 250 dollars that i have in the account?
