    Poker Test Case

    Thought this might interest you guys: the jist of it is that this guy ran Texas Hold'Em poker games at his private club without a licence in the UK. He was taken to court and the jury were asked to deliberate as to whether Poker was a game of skill (no licence required), a game of chance, or a mix.
