Playtech Poker, The search might have finished

Playtech poker might be the nicest interphase available for poker rooms.

Very nice graphics, similar to Party Gaming software.

The problem was that everytime I opened an account at a poker room from playtech I was treated as a piece of #@%#@ and the service was not trust worthy.

I have used CD poker, Poker770 and Titan Poker...

No comments on CD Poker. 770 was ok but no excellent.

My account with Titan was opened months ago, however I had a weird feeling... dunno why. I recently was contacted and I remembered I didn't liked them because their chat was lousy..

Is not lousy, only that is not available 24 hours a day. However, the hours they have it open its one of the finest service I have ever seen.

They might not have 24 hour chat service, but their email service is very good also.

I spoke with Cristina, I believe and she was the nicest cs rep I have ever seen. Honest and fast answers and you felt as if she was really making an effort for you to be happy.

I believe a lot of companies out there should take care and focus more on how their reps are attending customers.

For me, nice service and fast answers to my doubts are even better than my payout to be approved in 4 hours. I'll rather have a nice and decent person behind my emails and chats explaining delays and problems than some smart ass being rude to me.

I have closed my account at Prima and moved to Titan... I hope they are as good as they are known...

My advise, visit them and try Playtech poker.. .its excellent

I wouldnt play here, they are a part of Casino Partners. Which is the group with Casino Tropez, Casino Del Rio, Vegas Red, Europa Casino, Hammers Casino, and Cameo Casino. While they are not the worst casino group out there, they are surely not the best either. There is not 1 good playtech poker site, and frankly I dont care the software is slow, payouts take forever, and they try there darndest to be just like party poker. At least prima has some good casino's backing there poker like BET365.

However you must recognize that Playtech software must be one of the finest softwares regarding gaming experience out there on the market.

I know all playtech poker rooms suck, however Titan seems to be the most respected one and also one in which you can play and get paid.

So I know that a lot of poker sites might be better, however in the Playtech legion, they got to be the best ones.

My search is finished, I definetly like it better than Poker Time.... and playtech poker is way more fun by far than Microgaming.

I will play with them for a while to see how it goes...

Am I the only one who hates playtech software, its too slow, and too shitty. Id prefer to play at pokerroom, the software are pretty similar, but it doesnt take a year to talk to support. Loading the cashier is easy, and I can get my money in a day. Good luck with titan, have fun getting your cashout next year.

Actually ... been honest, I suck in every card game that has been created.

If I ever make a withdrawal and takes too long, I will be more than glad to back you up.

However the CS rep told me that through neteller it should be within 48 hours. It could be faster of course, but I don't mind to wait a bit as long as they pay.

That site and software is awful. It is noble poker kiwi poker titan and a few others.

I personally dislike network. No four color decks, limited games and other assorted nonsense. Had no problem with Titan withdrawl. Was in my neteller pretty quick.

The prima sites if you use neteller and your real screen name pay quick, never had a problem unless ur up to monkey shines. On top of that u can get all sorts of free stuff.

playtech poker software is aweful and I like it.
The live chat CS is available all the time and willing to answer my Qs.
I am playing betfred poker now. I think the graphics are one of the top.

but it is stuck on my PIII 555 pc with windows 98! However, prima poker runs very smooth.

I will never compare Playtech and Microgaming (Poker Talking)... For me Playtech is far more developed and better than MG.. but thats just my opinion.

Tribeca's software and Poker Stars software could be considered by many better than Playtech, however I really trust playtech's software....

Casinos are not the issue here, we are talking of poker.. but Casinos from Playtech are way better than MG for me..

The only problem with Playtech are the tons of sites giving them a bad reputation due to their dishonest operations.
