At this poker room you get 100% of the rake back into your account once a week, so a casual player at $1/$2 limit HE table can save up to $300 a month when playing at a single table, multiply this by number of tables you play, let's say 4, and you can save $1200/month. That's really amazing.

There is little action there now and but this could certainly catch on. They decided they wanted to lure poker players to blackjack and the sportsbook by way of free poker as a loss leader. Interesting concept.

Plus, they have an "Aces never lose" promo that's worth looking into.

Im quite sure this place has some bot players. Check out the full larger limit tables. No-one is saying anything to your comments, and it seems like they are bots. Im not 100% sure but i think they are.
Its weird because this is sister to wsex which is a big sportsbook....I think there are bots, and i think they are being run by the management. Anyone make their own decision on this.

Ive seen quite a few negative things written about this room over the last year or two concerning bots etc.

I have never played there myself and rake free sounds too good to be true but due to all the bad comments its put me off opening an account there at the moment.

Yes there have been many reports of shady things in the poker room over the last year or two. I tried it and did not see it, granted I have been playing O8 and I would imagine that isnt a bot's first choice of game to play. I have read this accusation over and over again though so one has to wonder if so many people think that then it must be something to consider.

Well, I play there since two weeks at the 0.5/1 and 1/2 limit HE tables and the opponents are pretty tight, but after all I managed to achieve 1-2BB/100 by playing and another 1BB/100 with rakeback. Nothing suspicious till now, so I will take advantage of it as long as it lasts.

I've never seen any evidence of any bots at WSEX.

Party Poker, on the other hand, had a group of about 20 bots that were exposed on 2+2, about two weeks ago.

There were playing at the sng tables, since at least mid- February.

I have been playing there for two weeks, mainly 2/4 and 1/2 limit. I have gotten $423 in rake back. I saw no evidence of bots. The tables can get very tight tho. I think that bot talk is nonsense, possibly started by affiliates. I did read BW site about bots but that looked like a bunch of rubbish. OP was accusing site of running bots cause people dont chat. The chat window and lettering is so small you cant even read it. IMO it seems highly unlikely that a sportsbook as well know as WSEX would risk its rep by playing bots in their small poker room.

They have explained that they are using this a a marketing tool to attract people to there sportsbook and casino and will evaluate the situation early next year.

It does work because the few people I got to sign up there have also made bets on sports, including myself.

Site has been growing to around1200 playes online and they just had a full page ad in card player magazine.
