Exclamation Legal issue! Noble Poker "T&C".

Dear player`s community! I wanna ask you a question, exceptionally from the technical terms of law. I`m thoroughly studied and acquainted with Terms and Conditions at xhttp://www.noblepoker.com/ and I sent them a question to support[at]noblepoker.com, but they did not answer to me!
I think if they did not warning or informing anyone about consequences concerning non-compliance "ID" accuracy – they do not have a moral and legal right to demand fulfilment of "ID" accuracy from players.

I'm guessing they requested ID from you when requesting a cashout? Was this a credit card transaction? If so it is very common, even if it wasnt a credit card transaction many rooms question deposits from new players, especially non Neteller deposits it seems.

Your post is rather difficult to follow. If i understand you correctly you are wondering if this pokerroom might cause trouble - such as withholding payment - if they request ID and it turns out not to agree at all with your registration details. The answer is yes, as re-stated in their T&C 7.4 above.
