inter poker 90 bonus

Hello yes I am not happy at all with inter poker. I signed up there and received their 90 for 90 bonus and found out that meeting their wagering requirements is impossible!!!! Your supposed to wager 8x the bonus which for 90 dollars is 720 hands. I played well over 720 hands and still could not cash out! I contacted the poker department several times and they kept telling me I had plenty more hands to go!!! They told me I had 183 hands left to play. I logged in and played over 200 and then contacted them and they claimed I still had 134 to go!!!!

I just played and played and played and eventually lost. But yet there is still 90 left in my account that I can't touch for some reason????

I have contacted Ryan H and hope he can sort this mess out for me...

Was not happy at all of my poker experience at Inter poker

you need to read more carefully, it's number of RAKED hands, not the number of total hands you play

you can get a crypto hand counter or do a basic 4 to 3 conversion on the number of total hands played, which is a good esimate. or just clear it in their casinos

Thumbs up yeah I know

Oh I know it was raked hands. It has to be a raked hand of at least .25$ cents. I did not play at any tables less than .25$ cents so all the hands should count. Still waiting for Ryan H to get back to me and I'll see what happens.

Thumbs down poor operation

Wow I just received a reply from Ryan H. And what does he say. He gives me a totally different number of raked hands that I still have to play. What a poor business is being run at inter poker. They can't even keep track of a persons hands played. I wil never play at Inter Poker again. Bad customer service. Below are an e-mail from RYan and one from customer support. Notice the differnce. What a joke.

Hi *******

You have two accounts that I can see. The account I presume you are
referring to is ********** (username *********) where you received your June match-deposit bonus of $90. The raked hand requirement for a $90 bonus is 720 as you indicated in your email below. So far on this
account you have played 354 raked hands. Until you have played 720, the $90 bonus on your account cannot be withdrawn or played with.

A 'raked hand' is as follows:
Every time you’re involved in a hand on any table (even if you fold
before the flop) where a rake of 0.25 units ($/£/€) is taken (the
equivalent of a 5 unit pot) the hand will counted towards your bonus.

Kind regards,

Ryan Hartley
Manager - InterPoker

And here is the customer support:
Dear ******,

Hello and thank you for contacting Players Help.

That money is bonus funds in order to release it you must complete
certain wager requirements. To release it you must still play 138 raked
hands. Please see the website for more information.

If this still does not answer your question then please call us on the
toll-free number listed below or request a call me and we will be glad
to explain it to you further.

We hope this attends to your enquiry. If we can be of any more
assistance please feel free to contact us at anytime. We are open 24 hours per
day, 7 days a week (including holidays). You can contact one of our
friendly and courteous Players Help support staff (toll-free) at:

What a joke. They both tell me two different stories. Very poor on their part.

whats so hard to understand? no matter what limits you play, NOT EVERY hand is raked. only raked hands count. raked means house actually take money out of the pot, this has nothing to do with limits and more to do with the size of the pot at the end of the hand. just b/c you play a certain amount of hands != the same amount of raked hands. that's why i suggest 3/4 conversion from the total number of hands played, that'll get you closer toward the realistic goal

Yikes.....now I know why the definition of a raked hand is plastered in so many places

Its a lot of hands on Interpoker these days to get the bonus isnt it. You can deposit less than $90.. say $30 and play 240 raked if that suits you better

Thumbs down I understand that

Ok I understand that a raked hand is where there is money taken out of the pot. And I indeed did play over 720 raked hands. Do you not see the big difference in e-mails that I received from both Ryan H and the customer support???? I kept track and went well over what was needed to be done.

Now I still have 90 in my account that for some reason I can not touch???? I will not make any more deposits at Inter poker because of their bad service. You can't keep track of the hands I played well then you run a poor business. Solution:PUT A TRACKER ON THE WEBSITE!!!!

I'm glad I only lost 90 of my own money here. If I lost more than that because they don't run a good business I would me very mad.

Do a search for cryptocounter in your favorite search engine.

Use this to see how many raked hands you have.

None of the crypto sites have ever had a problem keeping track of my required raked hands. I think that you are just mistaken.

go play blackjack at Intercasino. You get to play with the 90 right then. You must wager 2250. takes anywhere from an hour to three hours to clear. Then you can move on to another site.
