Fishy promotion by All Jackpots Casino

All Jackpots Casino sent a promo for $10 free by mail to the man I am living with. I have been a registered player at AJC for a couple of years.

There are 2 reasons that this promo is fishy:

    1. They could not have known who I am living with, unless they have made inquiries at the Amsterdam registry.
    2. My partner cannot take advantage of the offer anyway, since it is not allowed to open a new account from the same household address.

I have tried to explain this a few times by email. But their support continues to be oblivious (on purpose?):

    My 3rd email to them:

You did not address the point I was making! You made a mistake by sending a promo - and leading my partner XXX on to think that he is eligible to receive $10 free, while you know that only one bonus is allowed per household. I already mentioned this is in my earlier email, so there's no point in repeating this, is there? My question and complaint is: why did you send the promo? Also, and just as importantly, you could not have known that XXX is my partner, unless you have made inquiries at the Amsterdam registry. This sounds all very fishy to me.

Please note that I will make a thread about this at CasinoMeister. Your behaviour is unacceptable.

    Their response:

Thank you for contacting All Jackpots Casino.

As previously informed, your account is not eligible to claim and receive the $10 free mailer since nor is your partner since we allow one account per a household. However, you are welcome to check our various promotions and games in the our casino in the following link: //www.alljackpotscasino.com/promotions.html.

Don't forget that our Support Team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer any question you may have. Our toll-free numbers and email addresses are listed below. We look forward to hearing from you!

Conclusion: Ignoring my comment about the Amsterdam registry, and the fact that they are sending promos by mail to persons who are not eligible to claim them.

I will close my account at AJC.

How do you know that your partner didn't sign up with another jackpot factory casino?

Don't you think its possible they had his details from an offline or even online competition of some kind?

I sincerely doubt they went to any special lengths to get your partners details.

Anyway, I get stuff addressed to my wife which I know she can't claim and just throw it out . I really don't see how alljackpots did anything wrong, unless you can prove they obtained the info illegally.

FYI its not cool to threaten casinos that you will post here at CM. It's very close to blackmail.

i really dont see the problem here. how do you know the offer was related to you? you identified yoursaelf as the partner of that man whereas the casino recognises him as an individual. you and your partner should be vigilant and be careful not to claim these promos as you both live in the same residence.

actually you are free to post your experiences at casinomeister but you shouldnt really have told them you would do so. what did you expect in return?

This recent trend of using Casinomeister to "threaten and coerce" is really awful. I just can not understand why some people think it is OK to do so. It seems like there is no respect or self control in some folks.

For the people that follow the rules and stay calm when a problem occurs, I am sure they get a faster and better outcome. Oh well.

Well this thread isn't about using CM to threaten people, and I am not sure that Mouche12 set out to do so, I agree it isn't the best thing to do. Anyway, my husband gets tons and tons of casino stuff in the mail, especially from OddsMaker...I don't know how they got his name or address but they constantly send him this stuff. He belongs to no online casinos or anything so yes, it's a bit fishy. Instead of getting all upset about it, just toss it in the trash; I mean going back and forth with any casino is just going to get you in a bad mood. If they did go to craztastical lengths to get his info, they aren't going to tell you they did anyway.

My partner is living at the same address with me. He is not involved in any online gaming/gambling whatsoever, and never has been. We have now been living together for a little more than a year.

Also, we do not have land-line phone numbers, so we are not registered at any phone directory. The only possible option for them to find anything about households registered at a certain address in Amsterdam is to inquire with the registry.

    And THAT is fishy.
