I cant tell what this is

So I got this email today, and it came from USBlackjack, a rogue operator in my humble opinion, and a member of the saturn bingo group last I checked... While its vague, it implies that they are being swallowed by intertops, a reputable site... And maybe they are... here is the email...

but then something registered with me, a memory of a similar email a while back...

And from what I can remember it was complete bs... US bj had not acquired HighNoon, nor had highnoon joined their group... I don't get it, I cant see where the scam is, but I think something must be amiss, so I thought I would drop the word on the CM forum, as we tend to get to the bottom of ish here...

    Good day...

This is a rogue affiliate trying to mislead players that they are an operator who have somehow "acquired" these casinos. Nothing of the sort, this is just spam dressed up to look like a legitimate offer direct from the casino being advertised. It also brings the advertised casinos into disrepute as it creates an association between them that does not exist.

This could be damaging if they send the same email about High Noon, followed by an identical one for Cool Cat (for example) - it would give the impression that both High Noon and Cool Cat are owned and operated by the same people, which does High Noon a great injustice, and confers an undeserved veneer of credibility to Cool Cat (for example).

This affiliate is further misleading players by encouraging them to play Blackjack with these offers, which in most cases is not allowed, and could lead to confiscation of any winnings. The affiliate will STILL get paid though, so does not care that the player gets shafted simply for believing the offer is as advertised.
