    Money-Casino.com More Top Gaming Spam

    Hi all,

You'd think after making my views known about spam received from the Top Game powered casinos they'd seriously take note that sending spam is not the answer.

Well lets chalk up another spam from a Top Gaming casino to this growing list.

Oh and BTW because I'm so sick of the BS, I've added the complete list of Top Gaming casinos to my rogue/dodgy avoid these online casinos list. (btw it's not the URL listed in my sig)

Today I received a spam from Money-Casino.com but this also had my first name attached. As far as I'm aware I don't have an account at this place. I know this because typing the URL into FF and also checking its history does not show money-casino.com anywhere!

Here is the headers. Followed by the casino spam mailer:

What's worse is the un-subscribe link on this mailer (like that of Rich Casino) doesn't work either.

The BIG problem here is that these mailers come from one source. The same un-subscribe system is used for all the spams I've received from Top Gaming casinos.

As I've not to the best of my knowledge joined money-casino.com and they use the same mailing system, I'll conclude that it's possible that my personal details have been shared/acquired with yet another Top Gaming casino with out my permission.

    Cheers

    Dave

FWIW, Communicatoremail.com is just a page with a link on it that leads you to http://www.communicatorcorp.com/docs...vacyPolicy.pdf

If I were you, I'd start sending every spam message you receive to their abuse dept.

Especially when you read the last 3 paragraphs on the first page of that pdf:

We also support the self-regulatory efforts of the direct marketing industry and believe such actions
are a valuable addition to the legislative measures to extend the protection of the privacy of the
consumer, whilst employing sophisticated marketing technologies which offer additional choice and
    protection to the consumer.
To conduct our relationships with clients and information providers in an ethical and professional
    manner.
We include in our client contracts a commitment that any data sent to us for processing has been
    legally obtained
and that the client`s subsequent use of any data received from us will be in
compliance with all data protection laws, as well as with applicable industry policies.
Legally obtained? It sure doesn't sound like it in this case.

And applicable industry policies? Sure, whatever. Having a non-working unsub link is against every "opt-in" policy I've ever heard of.

    PS: 2nd paragraph, 2nd page:

If we have reason to believe that a client or an information provider is not in compliance with these
commitments we will terminate our relationship with them.

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...
