iNetBet blatant spamming at ORC forum!

I don't know who this guy is, but he claims to work for iNetBet (a very well respected casino), and yet thinks it's perfectly OK to sign up to OCR (Webzcas' forum) and post blatant advertising (or spam) in the general casino section!

How do you know he's an affiliate?

webpositionexpert/Simon Skinner says it's all a mistake...That he handles SEO for iNetBet and that

it was one of my (new) suppliers who were spamming your forum.This company promised high quality forum posts (and other methods of link building) and they were recommended to me by a reputable SEO.

I see that he is in the queu for membership at my place...or his flunkies are...as "webpositionexpert". Now why do you suppose he's/they're trying to join a forum that is already affiliated with iNetBet? And is the reason they list an email address that has the word "inetbet" so that I will think they're official iNetBet people and approve for them to post? They applied for membership today...In the AGD thread webpositionexpert said in March he was putting a stop to it. Apparently not.

Hi Guys,
Just so you know we are looking into this. We do employ some guys to do some SEO for us. However their remit is not to post information about new games etc in forums.
I took a look at the links and like you say there are no affiliate links. I think they thought they were just trying to be helpful in adding some additional promoting to their list of work. Doing it this way it's a little naive to say the least - they don’t know who they are dealing with in you guys on the forums
I will of course be talking to them to find out what is going on and putting a stop to it if it is them. Please accept my apologies in advance. I will make sure they stick to just SEO work in the future.

As Rob said, it was me who banned him just for 24hrs to make sure he couldn't edit the 'evidence'.
I did not alter his post or link in any way at all.

I did think it highly unlikely that his actions were condoned by iNet as it would reflect very badly on them.
