Ultra Internet Media has been around since God was a boy, and the Kahnawake address makes it unlikely that you will get too much satifaction from their "regulator" which is not famous for its player sensitivity or dispute handling.

Two interesting points about this casino:

1. There is no mention of an 800% bonus anywhere on the site (and it does sound a little too good to be true IMO)

2. I found this in the terms:

Limitation. Bonuses (whether one-time, sign-up, special promotion, loyalty or any other type) are limited to one per combination of: a person, family, household, geographic address, mailing address, email address, credit card number and shared computer environment (such as a library or workplace). This limitation applies across all affiliations, subsidiaries and partnerships of the House. If an affiliated gaming site is running the same promotion, an individual person cannot receive the same promotion from both sites.

Its not exactly clear, but it sounds like if you have claimed a SUB at another Grand Virtual then you cant claim this one...but it doesnt explicitly state as much. I could be wrong tho

I don't know why Ultra Internet Media, S.A. came up in this thread but FYI, the Everest Gaming group of casinos (which includes Everest Poker, Casino Fantasy, etc.) removed their Kahnawake licensing logo and now has this info at the bottom of each of their pages: Provisionally Licenced in Malta - licence LGA/CL1/411/2007LGA/CL3/411/2007 Void in the U.S. and where prohibited by law.

I understand it was referring to post 3. However why did Alexander mention Ultra Internet Media in the first place? I don't see the connection with the OP as the screen shot doesn't look like one of Everest Gaming's affiliate run casinos.
