    Hello ******,

Your pathetic little threats don really phase me. Lol

Just so that we are both on the same page, all your child porn photos that you freely swap online have been forwarded to the proper South African authorities.

Your name has been put on the international pedophile watch list. Im sure you will receive contact from all the numerous watch dogs that

Moniter the net for sick discusting people like yourself.

Anyway enjoy the controlld caos that I so kindly created for you.

Conclusive proof that this "affiliate spamming" comes by order right from the very top. Unfortunately, they have just committed LIBEL with that Email, and it is THEY that can be taken to civil court now and sued for damages. The allegation they have made is one of the most serious defamations they could have thought of, and unless they can PROVE it in court, they can be liable for enough damages to possibly shut them down for good. The problem is finding where they are really based, and then taking this up with THEIR authorities. As well as civil proceedings, they can be had for attempted blackmail, usually a criminal offence.

You should post this reply as widely as possible, as this mention of child porn as a means to shut up a "player" complaining about the casino should have their current customers rushing for the exit. Other players could think that they will get the same threat if they complain about such issues as late payouts, confiscated winnings etc.

The 'conclusive' proof of their spam activity is actually a little spammer forum where this group asked spammers to promote their casino. This happened from day 1 of this casino. And the great thing about the internet is that post will NEVER go away It will always be available somehow, cache or otherwise.

I signed up to one casino once because of the bonus scheme before I realized bonus scheme's are a con and now I get spammed by every online casino under the sun. If I had a pound for every time I got spam-mail fromgolden gate or one of its cousins I'd be a millionaire.

free sign up Bonus give-away Scheme's are a con because you have to wager a multiple of the amount before you can withdraw by which point you would have lost it all anyway. Some also believe you use your own money before the "Free" sign up bonus so if you think you can try your luck on the casino's money and then get out of town if you lose it your in trouble.

That is because this is the case. Intercasino once had the system whereby you could remove your deposit and play with the bonus money. They ditched this because they were losing to clever players.

Having to wager both your deposit and bonus a certain amount before being able to withdraw anything is not the real "con" - the "con" is where, even if you make this playthrough, some casinos will invent excuses and non-existent rules that you have broken in order to avoid paying. This means you risked your deposit for nothing, you could only lose, or break even (they normally return the deposits of "winners they don't like", and lock their accounts). Casinos listed here under "Accredited" are unlikely to do this, and will only penalise players for an actual breach of the rules.

GOLD VIP CLUB CASINO - A FORMAL RESPONSE

    Hi Everyone,

Goldvipclub.com is a brand new RTG casino offering attractive promotions and top customer service to its players.

The response below does not reflect in any way how we do business or treat our clients, in fact quite the opposite is true.

We enjoy a great reputation with our players and have an excellent track record of paying out on time whether it’s an affiliate or a customer.

I’d like to personally invite you to pop in and see what we are about and would love to hear your feedback.

    Sincerely,

    Jeffrey

You can start by firing this a$$hole of a casino manager

The casino cannot be that new, as the spam has been arriving for quite some time.

There is also the question of the casino even posting for help on a spammers forum, and then letting the spammers get on with it.

Given these actions, and others documented in this thread, it is likely you are located somewhere with lax (or non existent) regulation, which would, of course, extend to your gaming activities.

It is no surprise you have players, the prolific spam has seen to that, but I wonder how many have been paid smoothly when they win overall (deposits less than total withdrawals), this is often when seemingly "good" casinos show their true rogue colours.

I don't need to pop in to see what you are about.

The fact that I've been deluged by spam from your affiliates for months tells me everything I need to know about what kind of operation you run.

    Was that it?

A canned response to an inflammatory email - hit and run, never to log back in.

And this is the second casino rep in the past couple of weeks that has signed up with a free hotmail or yahoo account.

Sorry, if you want to be a casino rep here in this forum, you must have an email from a casino or company related domain.

Anyway, I'm just catching up with this since it's been brought to my attention that this casino recruits Black Hat SEOers. That's right - folks who bring us site scrapers, blog hacking, Google bowling and spam, spam, spam, and more spam

    Into the pit you go.

This outfit needs to be taken off the Web just on the basis of both of those casino communications - the first for indulging in such extreme defamation, and the second for not even bothering to comment on the injurious content of the first, and the image of the casino that it projects.

Definitely a well earned Rogue listing.
