Is there any organisation where I can report a online casino spammer?

It seems to me that some online casinos do have a "No Spam" policy but
turn a blind eye on there affiliates that does the spamming.

One of the main spammers is www.jeu-de-casino-en-ligne.fr. How do you stop these permanently?

It may take a little time, but it's easier than you think.

Make note of which casinos are being advertised and then contact the spammer's affiliate manager. Most reputable casinos have anti-spam policies, and these aff managers need to know who the spammers are. You can check out this page for some references:
