    Casino software

I'd like to know why do the casinos use ready made software from gambling software companies. Why don't they develop their very unique software? I am not a computer programmer, so I do not know the fees of a casino software, but I do not think so it is a very difficult task to develop, like a flight simulator program. Even if it is more expensive to develop their own software, I feel it is better to have a unique one. The gamblers like the new things, they want to try their luck in new games in new places, like in the real world, they prefer to visit more casinos, not only one. If there is a gambling software company and 50 casinos use their program and the 51st casino starts to use their program who will go there and play and loose? But if a very unique software appears, which seems to be good, then a lot of players who already lost a lot in other casinos want to try the new one.
I also would like to know the fees to start an online casino or poker room. How much does it cost to buy a ready made software?
    Please post your opinion.

Why reinvent the wheel? With so much casino software available to be franchised? Plus it's a lot easier to get a new casino off the ground with backing from a company like Playtech or Microgaming. I've only played at one casino using their own software, and wasn't impressed with it... The casino is upstanding, but the software was boring to play with.

I saw $10 casino offers (more like 50% white lable program), met casino for $1500 offer (full version, no royalty), small companies sell software for $50-$100k and big above $1mln.
People do not trust proprietary soft (and they are right usually). It's hard to get tired from about 100 respected rooms.
All the best: casinos, bonuses, poker-rooms .

For every casino a new software is too hard.
Some players dont like to change their software.Tey chage their casinos but software is same. For example there are microgaming fanatics and playtech fanatics (and as me netentertainment fanatics). They play always in casinos with same software.

But it will be nice to see different new softwares for trying.
