IGT agrees to buy WagerWorks for about $90 mln Wed Jul 27, 2005 09:33 AM ET NEW YORK, July 27 (Reuters) - International Game Technology on Wednesday said it has agreed to buy privately held WagerWorks, a provider of Internet gaming technology and services, for about $90 million in cash. IGT said it expects the deal, which should close next month, to add up to 2 cents a share to its earnings in fiscal 2005 and 2006.
