    Irritation - Casino reps failure to answer PM's

    Slight rant here.............Irritating when you send a PM to an Accredited i-Gaming Rep here on CM and they don't reply.

    I know they were online, but they didn't take the time to answer my email that had been sitting there since December 16th. I know 3 days isn't long, but if you are HERE why not check all your messages and reply?

    Ok, rant over. If I don't get a reply in next 2 days will try again.

    3 days???...pfffftttt! try 3 weeks, even longer, I've given up on pm'ing any rep here anymore.

    email to support is useless as well.

    i started a thread a while back about this same subject.

    let bryan or max know if accredited reps aren't replying.

    I will let Bryan or Max know if it drags on.
    My hope was that ALL i-Gaming Reps would look in the mirror and check their messages to see WHO is ignoring me or other customers right now.

    There is one other possibility. If your total messages, including those sent out and received, your pm might not have been sent. I was irritated when an accredited casino rep didnt bother to reply to my pms but later when I checked my sent folder I discoverede there was no record of my sent pm.

    Thanks for the suggestion, but I checked and it was in fact *sent* on 12/16. However.........everybody gets sick, busy, or takes a vacation, I guess. I will wait a few more days and see what happens.

    But you know, at work in the real world, when someone goes on vacation or is out of the office they either check messages or arrange for a co-worker to handle their "mail". That's how it should be set up in the online gaming world also.....

    Even Enzo did not return a PM to me quite a while ago. It wasn't that important, but......I think sometimes they just don't see them or read them and forget to get back to you. I do think Bryan should be made aware of it, since it seems to be a recent deal for a few folks here.

    Still a *whine* at this point. I PM'd them on Saturday 12/16. But did see they were logged on here today.

    Will give it a few more days before I "out" them here.....

    I was wanting some clarification, it's not like its $$$.
