Casino Refund? Please give your ideal

Hi all,
We are planning to set up a program called: Casino Refund. The program is about to be launched if I have good feedback from you so your input is very valuable to us. Please give us your ideal! Thank you very much!

I. How does the program work?
1. The program offers gambling losses refund to casino players, including
casino, sports, poker and , bingo.
2. We currently refund 15% net losses back to players, which is a lot extra
money for losers and will surely keep them back again and again.
3.The users who want to have refund must sign up through our links.(because The refund comes from part of our referral commission)
4. The players is paid via Neteller, Check on a regular basi

II. Why the program can be founded.
1. Casino Affiliates often get 25% to 35% from Casino Owner
2. The program is supposed to return part of this commision to player if they lose

III. Risk of the program
1. Affiliates commision are offen caculated on the NET LOSE of player. This mean that in some cases, the commision can be in nagative balance status. But the program still have to pay for the player who lost.

For example: The programs refers 4 new players to a casino.
2 players make 2.000 winnings from the casino
2 players experience 2.000 losings from the casino
Then the commision balance of affiliate will be: 0$ (because the Net Lost is now 0$)
But Refund program still have to pay for the 2 loser an amount of 15% x 2000 = 300$.

IV. Why the program can still be offered?
1. This is a very good policy to attract player for casino
2. The program make earnings from some casino while still make lost at others but in total, we can hope for the earnings
3. Later on we can discuss with the casino so that we can have lower commision rate but the commision will be counted on all new player (not from Net Lost of players)

V. Question to be asked?
1. Will 15% is too much for the program? I am thinking of 10% but if lower, the players will not bored to participate
2. Is there any risk that I have not counted?
3. If you are players? Will you support this programs (Please vote at the poll)

jpm has been spending a lot of time in the forumjpm has been spending a lot of time in the forum
A couple of things that would make me nervous about your program would be:

How do I know you will pay me? What's my recourse if you don't? What happens if you go bankrupt?

Now, if you arranged it with the casino so that THEY paid me my percentage directly out of your commission, that would alleviate some of my fears.

I can make sure that you will be paid if your appication meets fully our terms and conditions. We also provide a support forum for you to post all of your questions and claims about our program.

We build business based on credit, how we can do business when we violate our own program purpose.
Can you tell me the best way a casino, organization or even a non-gambling related company server their clients when they go bankcrupt?
A business is set up to grow, however no business escapes its risk.

We will consider about your idea. We need to talk to casinos first.
Thank you very much for your input!

Maybe casinos do it different in their T&C but most poker rooms forbid this in their affiliate agreements. Would your casinos you represent know about this side deal? Many poker affiliates still violate the T&C's and give kick backs.
