    Does CDS (Hastings) do ANYTHING!??

    Hi everyone

I was thinking of joining one RTG casino today yand then I saw the CDS logo they have on their page. That reminded me of something.

I would like to share experience I've had (and am having) with Central Dispute system.
Having had a certain RTG casino promising me payments on various channels and then each time getting unresponsive after that, one evening I simply got so frustrated that I've told them on live chat nevermind, who is your regulator, I'll speak to you through them. Thinking, that should show them.

And then I have submitted a (long and thourough) complaint on CDS. That was sometime in MAY.
About a week after submitting it was entered into the system and I got the link with which I can log in. "3 weeks before it is settled" was the norm. And "it can last 6 sometimes". And my complaint form has had a - pending operator response - status, meaning, it was pending a response from the casino.
I have waited 8 weeks before prodding them once. A week later I got a reply how it is still pending the reposnse.

    A month later same thing.

A month later - SAME THING. A couple of emails to them and from them. Nothing of substance.
And here we are, and it is SEPTEMBER now. My complaint page is sometimes online, sometimes (like, the last month or so) offline, so I cannot even access it.

And my case is still "pending operator response".

    They are the regulator.
And they are still pending a response.
    4 months and counting.

    Just wanted to went.

I think that's always been a problem with RTG. Real Time Gaming doesn't really care if the casinos actually pay their clients and CDS... Well, I think it stansd for Can't Do Shit.

It sounds like they need a CDS to oversee CDS. I wonder how corrupt this organization is, ie., do they take gifts, money and other incentives to rule for the casino or never respond? Sounds like a big joke to me.

It seems that CDS participation is VOLUNTARY for the casinos. If the operator decides not to respond to CDS, the process stalls, but RTG do NOTHING to expedite matters, such as laying down a compulsory set of standards for operators' dealings with CDS, with penalties for non-compliance.

That sounds incredible if it really goes like that.

It's like having a sanitary inspection the owners don't have to let in their objects.
And, in one of my emails they said that they are repeating the questions to the casino, but "that is the extent of their mandate". Which goes in line with what you're saying.
