    How long for GRA complaint to be handled?

    I filled complaint with GRA about a month ago and last response was to wait because these things take time and that there is a qeue.

    I wonder is this normal time or should I start emailing again to get an answer.

    Kind of surprised, they usually handle the complaints pretty fast. Maybe give them a heads up?
