THE FORMATION OF BELLE ROCK GAMING

Gibraltar: March 19th, 2004: Carmen Media Group announced today that it will link seven of its flagship online casinos and three multi-player poker rooms into one new online gaming Super-group, Belle Rock Gaming. Belle Rock Gaming will include: The Gaming Club Group, consisting of The Gaming Club Online Casino, The Gaming Club Poker Room, Jackpot City, Showdown Online Casino Home Casino, and River Belle Online Casino, River Belle Poker Room, Lucky Nugget Online Casino, Lucky Nugget Poker Room, and Aces High Online Casino.

All the individual operations will continue to offer gaming with their existing brand personalities and environments.

The casinos and poker rooms within the newly created Belle Rock Gaming Group will operate under Carmen Media’s license issued by The Government of Gibraltar, a British overseas territory situated in the Mediterranean. The seven flagship casinos have also been accredited with the
e-COGRA (e-Commerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance) seal of approval. This is given in recognition of fair gameplay, prompt payments, player service and responsible casino conduct.

The benefits for players from the creation of Belle Rock Gaming are significant: Players at all casinos will be able to take part in new group promotions and prizes in addition to casino specific ones.
