eCOGRA SEALS OF APPROVAL
Fair, Honest and Responsible Online Gaming at Microgaming Powered Casinos

February 19, 2004, Isle of Man – Microgaming (www.microgaming.com) is proud to announce the receipt of eCOGRA (www.ecogra.org) Seals of Approval for 23 online casinos powered by Microgaming software – the first ever online casinos to be awarded the eCOGRA seal. The eCOGRA seals recognize these casinos for their high level of fair, honest and responsible online gaming practises.

The 23 Microgaming powered casinos that have received eCOGRA Seals of Approval have met the standards set out in the Statements of Generally Accepted Practices (eGAP) adopted by the eCOGRA Board. These standards cover player protection, fair gaming and responsible conduct including technical capabilities and anti-money laundering measures. To qualify for the eCOGRA Seal of Approval, the casinos were reviewed by the eCOGRA Audit Panel which includes the international audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. In addition to the above casinos, several other Microgaming powered casinos are currently in the eGAP review process, so further eCOGRA seals should be awarded shortly.
