    Bryan, Beware Unintentional Chargebacks-WHY?

I made some posts in the Fall in regards to what the US banks know. Oh well who cares!.

I also had to deal (while becoming very ill healthwise) with an unexpected situation with one of the 10 largest banks in the US. Logically, I assumed I may have a hell of a mess. Even while ill, I attempted to avoid a mess. I contacted an ewallet via chat, but they never had heard of UIGEA or so it seemed. To this day,I believe someone needs to be made whole (not moi) but despite a few attempts while ill, I guess not. Being proactive was a waste of time. Sorry for being somewhat evasive but it is in all's best interest at this time!

Opening some of my backlog of mail, I thought this message on all my Region's bank account statements (which are not even personal accounts but commercial) somewhat indirectly supports my prior posts in the Fall before I was hospitalized for over 5 weeks.

FTR, Regions is not the bank I was refer(r)ing to in the second paragraph above but is also one of the US's 10 largest banks (and they hatefully thank the taxpayers for keeping them as an ongoing concern and allowing them to remain the first class pricks they are=(.)

Yes, I know the Dec.1,2009 deadline ((for what the ewallets have never heard of, ouch)) was extended for 6 months iirc but these bank statements were not mailed until the first week in December 2009,fwiw. (If this is a redundant post, my apologies as I have not been able to read many forum posts in the last few months). Lastly, feel free to move to ATB but I believe eventually this will concern all, know what I mean, of course ,lol, not

This looks like a standard message added to statements so that they don't get complaints from customers about declined transactions due to something "I have never heard of".

The wording the banks have used is going to be a pain to the AMERICAN based internet gambling offerings, such as online racetrack betting, state lotteries, etc, since this warning does not differentiate between the two, it states that ALL online transactions for gambling purposes are now illegal, which many customers will assume also means online purchases for their state lotteries. These are the very industries who wanted UIGEA brought in to protect THEIR gambling businesses, rather than for any moral reasons.

I know what you are saying, but I am not sure standard conates (is this a word??) the situation. The employees on the front lines including branch managers do not have a clue what UIGEA is (no sarcasm) just like the e-wallets (sarcasm).

It is not limited to just declined transactions but accounts are being closed. This is fact. I have reason to believe more is also transpiring but until I can attest as fact, it is just speculation.

A pain to the customer also, see above.
    Cheers

You are not a little confused but absolutely totally confused and some of what you are confused about confuses moi, although I did expect confusion and stated I had to be somewhat evasive, you know Mr. Cryptic so read carefully.

That said, this has nothing to do at all with boni and ftr I never deposit and use boni. Comp type boni, I have used in the past but not relevant to my post unless I am not thinking clearly.

Has nothing to do with me not getting paid. I have stated many times I suck at math but some party to reconcile or balance the books per se needs to be made whole, NOT ME, now refer to the original post. Wish I could be clearer but I have reasons just like Bryan when he is silent on player fraud. We all want to avoid that,YES

    Hey Nash,

You should remind your bank that you can bet on the dogs via the Internet as much as you want - it's perfectly legal. See what they have to say, and then ask your bank if they are as confused as we are

Have them check this place out and ask them how they would process your wire.

Do you know any honest Bankers in the US I could ask?? The ones I know claim betting on the track via the "NET" is not "GAMBLING". It must be that I am ~60 miles from the KY border.
