Every year 500 people from the gaming community gather to honor success within the industry, announcing the best and brightest stars at an extravagant black tie event.

Previously named the CAP Awards, the iGaming Affiliate Awards is back this 2010 which is set to be another evening of celebration, glamour and entertainment.

Casinomeister has been a recipient of the best overall affiliate (or casino affiliate?) Award, even though he isn't an affiliate, just because of the quality of his site. If Bryan doesn't accept rev share or CPA, only advertising - makes me kinda want to setup a casino, do EVERYTHING PERFECT (a la 32Red) and just advertise here

Although it wouldn't be MG software - the TR2 slot is too brilliantly addictive to be ethical, I suspect. There are ethical boundaries crossed all OVER that Slot - damn it's freaking brilliance. I'm torn between the creator being deserving of an award for excellence or a summons to appear on charges like "Destroying Gamboolers' Bankrolls". No, TR2 can't be offered at my casino - I wouldn't be able to sleep at night - also I'd probably be my own biggest customer chasing that damn 5 piece sword sigh...

Yes, I'm drunk. If anyone was wondering....Torres got a hat-trick as Liverpool made it 4 league wins in a row, scoring 16 goals in the process after appearing to be facing a very grave 2009. I think I can be cut some slack....to Torres!

I'm quite sure Dominique confirmed that the new awards are unrelated to CAP.

I can't confirm or deny this, but Dominique is one of the few people in this industry whom I trust.

So like CAP Euro this is the same event but has been rebranded without CAP's sponsorship/lending of their name.

Makes sense. Presumably run by the same organisers in iGaming Business.

As far as who can and can't vote, I'm honestly not 100% sure. I know it is designed for affiliates, but I'd guess players would be qualified if only to vote for best afffilaite; I mean, whom better to vote on that then the people affiliates serve: YOU the player.
