Exactly Dominique I 100% agree, and this IMO maybe the concept. A place all affiliates can go no matter whom you are. A united front working as a team, taking on challenges one step at a time. Plenty of common values we all share, Grand Prive for instance.

The most important part it may finally bring us all together.

Also I mentioned this before, members should have no personal agendas, hold no grudges, be suspicious of others, no personal attacks etc... The agenda will not allow for this to happen.

I agree that the union should be one where every affiliate should be able to go to.

The challenges could be voted on by the affiliate community. That way everybody can join while and the union stays focused.

Such voting will work well if enough affiliates are involved. If there are few voters, you might want to give bigger weight to the vote of big affiliates as they represent a disproportionally large part of the 'pull'.

Thereby promoting a "caste" system, taking away any incentive for the smaller affiliate to join the union.
