Professors personal email addresses hijacked by CAP

As of last night I can no longer receive any mail via the email addresses I had for eight years. This is the most disgusting and dirty thing anyone could do do to someone else. All my business contacts cannot reach me, my doctors cannot reach me, my kids schools cannot reach me etc...

If banning me at CAP wasnt enough and taking all the money out of corporate accounts wasnt enough now I am being blinded by the company I helped build and am a shareholder in.

I can imagine the usual suspects will ride in and bash me, but imagine if this happened to you and you lost all contact with everyone you knew and who knew you!!!!

This is the sickest thing I could ever imagine doing to another human being. CAP and affiliate media should be ashamed.

Obviously if anyone is trying to reach me now they cant and I would be willing to bet all my incoming emails are being read at my old address. This is a MAJOR breach of ones personal rights.

Even my wifes emails are banned and she relies on those for contact with a lot of the doctors who treat my mother and us. When is this nightmare going to stop?

Professor, surely as a 40 percent shareholder in this company you have certain rights and civil remedies under law which could at the very least secure an injunction or restraint against the company until this control dispiute can be thrashed out in court?

What do your legal representatives have to say about this?

Your say in the running of the company and its decisions could presumably have been diluted if the other shareholder - Raj Lahoti - has thrown in his lot and the influence of his 30 percent shareholding with Warren Jolly.

Do you know if this has happened?

If you no longer have control over any of the domains of which you have email addresses on, I would ensure your accounts on boards such as this one are updated to reflect an email account you do have access to.

Same goes for internet banking, affiliate program logins, the works. As it would be very easy for someone with access to your emails to then subsequently access those accounts.

However Lou I seriously suggest and implore you to solve your company power struggle out of the public's eye. We all are now fully aware as to what has gone on. It is not healthy or productive for anyone involved in the industry for this to continue in public.

Bottom line is that affiliates and programs have more than likely already made up their mind as to what they are going to do regards working with CAP and Affiliate Media in the future.

I am speaking with attornies today. They informed me what Warren Jolly has done is both civilly and crimiinally actionable and I will pursue both avenues vigorously. In the mean time I am blinded by the hijacking of my email. And hampered by the emptying of nearly $2,000,000 in funds from the company bank accounts.

Webzcas I wish there was a way to remedy this privately but I am not receiving any response from Warren Jolly or the company. I am banned at CAP, my emails are hijacked and wether its tiresome to hear or not all of these actions are wrong and the affiliate community and programs need to be aware of whats happening. Silencing me on the message boards I can post at, while convenient to Jolly, wont help address and correct whats going on.

Jetset I have spoken with Raj and he has communicated via email that he wants to sell his interests in the company as he has no faith in the direction its been heading. I have the emails to that effect from months ago and I chatted with him on Monday. Also the way our shareholder agreement is written a UNANIMOUS vot by the board is required to do anything approaching what Mr Jolly is doing now. We did this because there were only three original shareholders and we wanted checks and balances in place to prevent any abuses like the one occuring now. This is clearly breach of contract.

Again I dont expect people to throw roses at me here, but whats wrong is wrong.

It sounds like Raj actually has some integrity to himself, and he has actually seen the demise of CAP for sometime now. Kudos to Raj for keeping his head out of the gutter at CAP..

I'm not a doctor, but if I had to toss out a diagnosis, it would be bi-polar disorder. His actions and thought process remind me of another individual with this ailment.
