Thought your vote and support for Obama would leave the online gaming laws alone did you?....lol well Obama's General Atty Eric Holder just stated, he will pass laws to end any cash in to on line casinos!

and your point is? The election wasn't over online gambling alone....if you missed it, unemployment here is at an all-time high, and I could go on and on about many other more important issues...but I won't...

moral of the story: if anyone voted for Obama on the sole reason that he might be in favor of online gambling, then ....figure it out.
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

While I didn't vote for Obama, whether he was for online gambling wouldn't have influenced me one way or another.

We, here in the US, are either going to have to put up or shut up. Either we, as citizens, make our views known and really get vocal or we shut up and go along for the ride.

And where there is a will, there's a way. So I figure we will find a way.

and besides, the banks already made their stance at trying to block transactions related to online gambling (to dumb it down, actually trying to enforce the UIGEA "regulations")- They can't do it!

So what makes this guy think he can change this around?

Sorry, I didn't mean to get anyone upset. I posted this because whenever I used to post my republican views in here during the election, a few used to post articles or posts that if you vote for the Republican ticket they will take on line gaming away but Democrats wont and now we see this is not the case.

    I'm not upset....

After endless years of BS, I just wish everyone could throw this "party" !@## out the window and actually work together for a change. Democrat, Republican, Independent...it really doesn't matter.....

IMO, why fight it? You can't please everyone, and all the people in power need to realize this and quit fighting each other on what they "think" is best, and do what's best for not only America, but its citizens as well.

Our founding fathers would be appalled at the shape our country is in today.
