    Perspectives Weekly 12/05/08

Last week CBS's 60 Minutes "exposed" our industry with half-truths and spin... now, we're exposing them! Plus, insight on the Kentucky domain name seizure case, and an update on the Gambling Wages Challenge.

    APCW Perspective

This weeks APCW Perspective was a disappointing report to say the least.
True the report about the CBS airing was of interest and would have been more
intelligent and informative without the childish part about Mr.
    Kroft, but
in retrospect we all who view APCW Perspective have seen Mr.
Todd more than once behave in childish behaviour.

I will address the Gambling Wages Report which was in my opinion a diservice
and disappointing to those of us who were waiting for this report.
In last weeks APCW Perspective Mr.Todd stated they had done
a secret audit and would be reporting findings, he also led us
to believe we would get a full report on Gambling Wages. Auditor
also stated he had issues with Gambling Wages and would report
his findings. So where is the report it certainly wasn't in
    this weeks APCW Perspective.

You stated that the APCW had a philosophical belief in open
communication, rather a two-faced statement when you yourself
refused to keep an open line of communication with the Admin
of BPU or any staff member of BPU, instead referring us to the "Auditor"
But when it suited your purpose you once again opened the lines
of communication with a staff member.

You also stated that you are not sorry that you gave Gambling
Wages a chance to do the right thing. Well you should be sorry
and ashamed. I am sure the players are sorry they believed all issues
were resolved, they are sorry they received the phone calls
and e-mails stating they would be paid as you sat with Mr. Green and assured
these players that Gambling wages would pay. They the players
are sorry it was made public that all issues were resolved as
they sit and wait for monies that never come. No Mr. Todd the
players did not put their trust in Gambling Wages they put their trust
in you and your assurances and you and you alone have failed.

You are either too blind or too arrogant to face the fact you got played like
like an old fiddle, in the dealings with Gambling Wages. They told you
what they wanted you to believe and you fell for it hook line and sinker
and in doing so not only did a disservice to yourself, but to all the players
and to all of the people that truly work on behalf of players. I have a
great deal of respect for honest affiliates, CasinoMeister,BPU and any
other individual or group that work for the fairness and betterment of
the on line player. No Mr.Todd in this post you get a big F in all aspects
    of what you do.

    Re: GW

I take no pride in saying it, but: we told you so. Now, if you wouldn't have had your head stuck up your #@! and actually listened to us (instead of censoring and cussing people out on Youtube), this would have never been an issue.....ah well. Lesson learned?
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

We did carry out an audit on GW.
GW has 15 days to respond to our email. After that we will report the results and their reply.

    audit??

When and if the audit discloses inappropriate methods of bookeeping or appear as though the books were kept by a circus juggler and a shylock, what next? Will there be recourse for players that are theft victims, an apology to all those that have been slandered and bashed by the illustrious ex-leader of the APCW in his bid to cover up the discrepancies with his whitewashed version of a second chance? Will charges be brought against the responsible parties for committing acts of felony embezzlement?
Perhaps mr.JTodd can file a suit against them for preying on his innocence and intimidating him with threats, forcing him to support their indecent and illegal operational style using the public platform of utube.
If lying, name calling, self serving arrogance and breaking trust were punishable offenses, Mr.JTodd would have to pony up some of that green$$ to bail. You know about bailing........dont you Mr.Todd?
Now lets suppose the audit shows nothing out of the ordinary that could be discerned as probable cause for further investigation. What next? Who masterinded the cheating and trickery that left many depositing players and affiliates without due and rightful payment? Who condoned cheating and lying to amass a fortune off the backs of depositors and trusting agents?
As far as the response of the GW, that will certainly hold little truth and integrity without factual evidence submitted by an unbiased, knowledgeable, expert third party professional. They are not to be trusted..just ask JTodd.

Perhaps you may not only have to look at different books, but a whole different library as well.

    I BEEN THERE
It is about more than online gambling, it is about personal freedom being taken away. Prohibition does not work.

You are correct there are a lot of bad things out there. Look at the extensive rouge list here, and it keeps growing. Being well informed is the best defense right now. I also agree the experience now is not what it was. No one should have to worry about getting paid. That is why a legal regulated industry is worth fighting for.
