It is about more than online gambling, it is about personal freedom being taken away. Prohibition does not work.
Personal freedom is important to us ALL. At first I was pissed the the US got in our business until I realized where the majority of the money is funneled through. We are at WAR over there and I am sure we Americans funding these sites look like terrorist in their own sick & twisted way to many. Regulation is the only way, but as I said before, THE ONLINE SITE(S) ALL need to give us ALL a reason to WANT TO FIGHT. They sure the hell are not doing it now.

You are correct there are a lot of bad things out there. Look at the extensive rouge list here, and it keeps growing. Being well informed is the best defense right now. I also agree the experience now is not what it was. No one should have to worry about getting paid. That is why a legal regulated industry is worth fighting for.
Even the best recommended site is greedy & has its flaws. It is not just about getting paid. It is about the OVERALL play and experience that is equally important. If you don't get much play for your money and the hits are getting worse, you damn sure don't have to worry about getting paid, cause YOU WON'T WIN ~!

Below is where all USA credit cards/ debit cards and all quicktender transactions are funneled through. The Middle East ~! As an American and wanting my freedoms that are being fought for and that many have died doing, I am finding it hard to fund knowing somewhere a piece of the pie might be somehow contributing to the death of another soldier.
I certainly wish ( WITH THE BAD ECONOMY ) the US would get their head out of their asses and start TAKING A PIECE BACK ~! If it's not illegal than open up the free world, implement STRONG REGULATONS and make them ALL responsible for their actions FOR EVERYONE ~! This is not just about the USA being ripped, it has trickled down and affected everyone.

If the Site(s) truly gave a damn and believe they are ALL on the up & up across the board we would not be having this discussion. Sadly, the greed and fear had caused them to become worse than they truly already were.
If they were and are truly legitimate ( ANY OF THEM ) they would be fighting to keep their players happy just like ANY GOOD BUSINESS ~~!! certainly not what we are seeing and hearing about these days.

Dubai When traveling to Dubai, everything that glitters really is gold. Spend the morning lounging on snow white sands, the afternoon bartering for a gold trinket in a Souk and the evening dining on fine Middle Eastern cuisine as you gently cruise down the Dubai Creek. In Dubai, you truly can have it all!

It wasn't very long ago, that Dubai City was a tiny oceanside town in the Dubai Emirate, consisting of only a few hundred pearl divers. But over the course of the past two decades, Dubai has re-emerged as an International playground and the vacation destination of choice for the world's most affluent people. Where there once were shacks, ...Dubai Overview

What you might not be realizing though is the fact that a hell of a lot of the USA's most affluent business's such as Morgan Stanley (MS) and Goldman Sachs (GS) are becoming heavily invested in Dubai now and so is the US Government...http://www.businessweek.com/globalbi...s+%2B+analysis

Thank you for your 411. As well, is my own bank and Equifax. I only came across my version recently due to my own bank informing me of their new fees for EVERY transaction which can now be back dated to Oct. 28th of this year at 3% on ALL PAST TRANSACTIONS ( compliments of the US Gov't ). They also informed me ( which I knew ) that these transactions are to the Middle East and they are flagged immediately. It just gave me a better perspective as how we (simple)Americans are being viewed by our Gov't.

I wouldn't be throwing all countries that speak a certain language or have a certain religion or are on the same continent or general region in one pot.

IMO it's a very dangerous thing to judge on such generalities, it's the base of all racism and all holy wars and all genocide.

    Duly noted.

In my OWN opinion and watching 911 repeatedly on TV & in my head and having a son all over the Middle East, it is very dangerous not to. What do you think India feels at the moment ? You can NEVER be too cautious and in most cases the apple never falls too far from the tree.

India and Pakistan have been quarreling forever.

Nothing new there, it's between the two of them and has nothing to do with Dubai.

That's like saying that when a 16 year old gets himself a gun and shoots up a school, we need to imprison all 16 year olds.

    Dom,
With all due respect I base my opinion on the USA happenings and my post was stated because of where MY OWN money funneled through told to me BY MY OWN BANK. I said that about India simply because they too wanted to believe it was not the pakistanians but.............
As for your statement of a 16 year old shooting up school. Well, in this country MILLIONS of schools have taken precautions since that very thing happened here more than once. You simply can NEVER be too cautious.

Now, if you don't mind. I posted originally to post my thoughts on WHY NOT TO JOIN THE FIGHT at the moment. Until the PAYING PLAYERS ( ALL OF THEM GREEN, YELLOW, BLACK, WHITE, ENGLISH, AMERCIAN, AUSTRALIAN, ETC................ start to be treated better, what is really worth fighting for ? We obviously are already free enough to get screwed. It is WAY OVERDUE the gaming sites step up and start taking some responsibility for their piss poor behaviors.

This is a great idea that everyone should be paid...but the fact that this problem exists demonstrates that policing up the industry is something the players, webmasters, gambling portals, software developers should be focusing in on to eliminate. Regulation would curb much of the corruption and provide standard operational requirements be met, but unfortunately there are those that will find a way to circumvent government mandated policy. The sites that cheat people, have no real valid licensing, and use bogus logos to claim authenication, etc. are operating under the auspices of groups and agenda based entities. The sites are merely taking advantage of an opportunity to avail themselves of schemes and "acceptable" avenues to create revenue whatever way they can.Regulation may impose problematic issues, but a cheat is a cheat, and fixes will be applied to continue under the guise of a regulated site.
As it is now,the authority and promoter of every site is the player and those who advocate and support every site. Permssion to cheat is given through participation by all that knowingly, or through ignorance, advocate, advertise or hype a relatively unknow entity in the world of online gaming.
