Affiliate Warning
As an Affiliate you may have a "ghost" account at Casino Rewards that you don't even know about.
Background: I closed my affiliate account with Casino Rewards about two years ago and placed Casino Rewards in my Rogue Hall of Shame. Just to let you all know, I felt so strongly about casino rewards ROGUE status, that I gave up a profitable stable of regular players I had with them, when I had them close my account. SPAM Story: Ever since I closed my account (2 years ago), I kept getting emails from Casino Rewards, they kept coming even after I had repeatedly ask them politely to stop. Finally, the other day I got fed up and started pushing for the SPAM I kept receiving from casino rewards to stop ( I think it had something to do with all the threads about SPAM around here ).Anyway, the response I got from Renee (the affiliate manager at CR) said I should log into my account and change the preferences to turn off the emails. I informed Renee, I had them close my account almost two years ago (at about the time she started working for casino rewards), so there was no way I had an account with them (I verified that my original account was closed at the time with the then affiliate manager 'Ryan'.) Ghost Account: Renee emailed me back and informed me that I had TWO accounts with casino rewards... One that was open and one that was closed. One account I had opened and one account that casino rewards had opened for me, without my knowledge. Renee was even nice enough to provide me with a user name and password for the account. So... if you are a cr affiliate now or have been one in the last two years, BEWARE, you most likely have an account with casino rewards that you didn't open and that you don't even know about. If you find you have a "ghost" affiliate account with casino rewards, please let me know, either by posting in this thread or PM'ing me. Thanks
