Hot mobile deal for Probability plc

HOT MOBILE GAMBLING DEAL FOR PROBABILITY GAMES

UK mobile technology provider harnesses The Sun

The London-listed mobile gambling services provider Probability plc will be providing real money casino, slots and bingo games to the UK’s biggest selling daily newspaper The Sun under a contract signed this week that will initially run for 12 months on a revenue share agreement. The branded games will be available at thesun.mobi, the newspaper's new mobile internet portal.

Games on offer will include roulette, blackjack and progressive slots together with the newly-launched arcade-style Jumping Jack Cash and will include in-game features such as chat and daily quizzes and competitions.

Charles Cohen, chief executive of Probability, said: “We are very excited to be working with The Sun and expect the agreement to develop into a very successful partnership for both of us. The Sun is clearly committed to the mobile market in general and more specifically, fully understands the exciting growth opportunities in the mobile gambling sector.

"News Group joins our growing list of blue-chip partners for whom we provide white label products including Rank Group, which brands our games under the Blue Square trade name.”

Mobile Casino

Hi Laurie

Yes, these are traditional casino games that can be played for money on mobile/cellphone handsets. Accounts are sometimes linked to existing gaming accounts as with Ladbrokes or money can be placed in the account by credit card via wap/web, independent of any online casino account.

Recent innovations in the market are now making person to person play or multiplayer games more common, instead of only playing against the house, so that poker can be played, as well as other table games.
