I promised myself I wasn't going to comment anymore, but WTF? What's one more post?

Lojo, I understand the sentiment and totally agree that I wish that I could convince every single webmaster to pull every single banner for every singe MG casino out there. The only true way to get action in this industry (I believe) is to provide a financial incentive to do so, be that positive or negative. You can bet that MG would drop this white label stuff fast enough if NO ONE promoted them anymore. Or if every single player out there refused to play MG software. They'd have to be satisfied with making 10 MIL a year instead of 20 MIL (just examples to make my point). But that is not going to happen, so that's not reality.

Swampwitch is right however. Not all affiliates are evil or deceitful. The saddest part of all in that statement though...is that the ones who are above board and actually have morals and ethics, will forever be barred from making the really big money in this industry. I think it's a pretty fucking sad commentary that in this industry the only thing a conscience buys you is a good night's sleep.

And that statement reaches further than just this white label campaign.

Yip, what's one more post? Has Bryan actually settled this matter, hell no he has placated us because that is all he can do. Did he know? Sure he saw, was it our concern? No, just trust how the industry is changing. What we say in the aftermath means nothing. You sleuthed it and shut up when answers came from playshare.. it goes deeper than that, it is an industry market change that needs to be more than addressed, it needs to be halted. There is something stinking about.

The rules have changed.

And yes, the money plug can be pulled.

I hope you know my conversation here with SWitch was for the veiwing public and I am as appalled as anyone at the state of the gambler's lot.

I retain my liberty to butt heads with those who are my friends and not known friends; if i compare the old model of affiliates to land maggots or realtors (sell the same land again and again) that is in my license here there and everywhere my dear, I'm sorry if anyone took it personal -like. Until that license is taken away, I'll excercise it. It's a far cry from stfu.

You know me well enough to know that I will offend with or without reason.
And please know this; I have no respect for vampires, lickspittles or leaches, and I certainly don't consider any good affiliate to be in that catagory. I will challenge anyone I see fit to rise above the bullshit - damn the torpedoes.

If the new model is better than the old, let it prove itself with NO FEAR of being reverted by the past. But their fear will try to demolish the past, and we, the player, will be lost to it.

So I say fex em! Boycott! Transparency! Of the accredited casinos and groups here I know of none that will never succumb to such bullshit.

the two good casinos will prevail. Hail xxclub and 3Dice

A question here about the legalities of a US citizen 'owning' a white label. If they accept US players (as this particular casino group does) then are these affiliates putting themselves in jeopardy? What's the possibility of the Feds coming down on US WL 'owners' (whatever you want to call them) for promoting illegal gambling?

You make some valid points as well as bizzzzzzaire, but you can not stay away from here and the sauce or whatever and that just does not impress me. Others can enjoy it,and as I previously posted "Was it Einstein who said the only difference between genius and stupidity is genius has its limits????????". This maggot has made his final post so fire your torpedoes but be sure and stand behind them.....FTR, I will remain a member but I am scared of the hazzed torpedoes.

I have only one post to make and it is to The Meister. i respect you NV, and this may well be my bye bye. Don't think I called you a maggot (unless you sold the same piece of ground again and again,. and even so I've known a land maggot or two who weren't such bad people)

Good luck and best wishes,
lo

we deserve to know and if the 'groups' won't tell us (except on certain pages) then a forum must so we can choose to boycott them and let them know we are displeased. how hard is that, what is 'good for the industry'? transparency above all else.

good night and good luck

If this person Goldeninternetcasino is the person responsible for "paying" the players, and balancing the books of his "clones"....I shudder at the thought. The man can't find his way home from vacation. I'm not trying to be rude, just stating the obvious.

There needs to be some transparency here as to who is looking after what, how it will be regulated, and I wouldn't mind hearing eCOGRA's views as well. Playshare's "own" brands ie. Grand Monaco may carry the eCOGRA seal (I'm not even sure, just an example). Does this extend to ALL of Playshare's clones?

Anyone not clear on the concept of this whole thing...go back and read Jetset's post, more than once if you have to. It sums it all up perfectly!!
All I do is provide a domain name. Playsharepartners look after everything else.

Unfortunately, I am too dumb to get home and to create more of a reply than this to try and make it clear to you that all I did was take the offer as it was presented to me.

They look after ALL other issues. They pay the players. Not me. All I do is provide a domain.

And, may it be very clear that there will be no person on this world who has EVER received an email with promotions of any of my casino domains in it. I do not spam and have not ever and never will. I hate it.

Thanks.

It is obviously spam, but I always assumed it was Playtech or RTG, and the mailers were crude, amateurly constructed, had no proper unsuscribe link, and never came from an identifiable source. To find that I have actually received all this from MICROGAMING CASINOMEISTER ACCREDITED operations through their while label schemes, along with the eCogra accredited Grand privvy group's own while label scheme, comes as something of a shock. It seems I am NOT being spammed by the dodgy end of the industry, but mainly by the top suppliers.
I have not ever spammed nor send any promotional emails to anyone. EVER.

The urls I am responsible for and provided to Playsharepartners are:

lucky american casino
usa-grandcasino
247clublasvegas
casinoclublasvegas
365vegascasino.

I thought they are good casino related domains and so did Playshare partners.

This is why they offered ME a contract to work with them.

This is how they asked me.

THE EMAIL FROM PLAYSHARE:

13 June 2007

Dear goldeninternet,

How would you like to earn a cool $3,000?

We're looking for high-quality white label partners, and are offering a $3,000
Finder's Fee to you as an incentive. This fee will be paid when the referred white label partner generates their first $3,000 in net revenue with us.

We are especially targeting existing US-facing online casinos that are currently on platforms other than Microgaming, and who might potentially be without a software provider should these providers withdraw from the US market.

If you, or anyone you know, may be interested in becoming a white label partner, please e-mail Lawrence Wilson at email for more information.

The PlayShare Affiliates Team
Lawrence, Jon-Jon, Anne, Cherylann and Roland

So, there you go. Imagine having a few good domains, would you not have gone for this?

May I add that I had to sign a full contract with them. And, that I take my work very serious. Even though my goldeninternet site looks like crap, the casinos I have on my domains mentioned above look good. At least that is what I think. I do my very best to provide players with a nice gaming environment and protect the dignity of them with my life. This means obiding by the rules at ALL times.

I n fact I am still proud of the fact that my domains have what they have right now thanks to Playshare.

Nobody should forget what a casino company is all about. They are about making money. Not about letting the players win it all. Think of it.

Once again, I provide urls, they are responsible for all other handling of payments etc. Nothing changes as far as that goes. It is and will be them who do this. If it where different I would never have provided my domains.

Did anyone take time to compare this shit against the way my domains are presented?

Lucky American casino, 247clublasvegas, Casino Club Las Vegas and 365vegas are not intended the way this site is. They surely do not link to any of that sleazy adult material and are designed with care.

I know there will be people who do not like them, yet, it is clear there is a difference in intention of the sites.

I hope you see the same.
