Ummm.... except for betting on horse races. And, and uh... maybe fantasy football (players can win money and prizes I think?).... and uh.... most state lotteries allow players to buy their tickets within their state online. Excuse me Mr or Ms. Leslie Bryant ... but exactly where (in all that legal mumbo jumbo of whereases and wherefores) do those laws tell me :....“You can go to Vegas. You can go to Atlantic City. You can go to a racetrack. You can go to those places and gamble legally. But don’t do it online. It’s against the law,” says Leslie Bryant, head of our Cyber Crime Fraud unit at FBI Headquarters.
....
"It is illegal for any and all U.S. citizens to gamble on slots, video poker, keno, bingo, and card games on the internet." ??
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

OH REALLY? I haven't heard one FBI arrest of a US citizen because of playing blackjack, slots, keno, and other non-sportsbetting games online. If they like to start, then there's a certain guy I know here they may be interested in.![]()

I want to poke my finger in her eye!
Achievements:
yup, it gets kinda scary when the police start enforcing their "opinions" instead of the actual Law.
That is quite amazing. If the FBI don't know their own laws, what chance has anyone got? Or is it scaremongering perhaps?
Wow... ROTF LMAO... Just how much did I miss !?? (geeze get sick for a couple a days and whamm...... )
Now that is a joke... and what do they mean byIndian gaming sites! Than all online casino's should claim to be part Navahoe, etc! (JK) I thinks it's absurd!and Indian gaming sites that aren’t strictly defined as Internet gambling.

When I was young, people called me a gambler. As the scale of my operations increased I became known as a speculator. Now I am called a banker. But I have been doing the same thing all the time.
