Of course they made no announcement of their policy change. They are in breach of their contract with account holders. But so what, they know there is nothing anyone can do.

This company clearly can not be trusted. When they say they are working on a solution, I doubt it, because the removal of the withdrawal link was "temporary" and lack of tollfree number was "temporary". They are a bunch of liars.

I would be leary of that 'your funds will remain accessible' bit, also. Don't know how you folks can get your money out, other than a quick empty of your account into casinos (or buy other goods). But please, players, don't think you can dump into a casino/poker room and then do an immediate alternate withdrawal. Money deposited must be wagered.

And C2P has made this even worse for USA players as they wouldn't process withdrawals for less than $1500. I'm sure there are some players using C2P to 'hold' funds till they reach the allowed w/d amount.

I wouldn't be surprised to see a 'C2p Coalition' before summer begins...

    Good luck to all.

I am not the least bit surprised. Click2Wait has been on shaky ground ground since last October.

Angry CLICK2PAY DUPLICATE CHARGES OF OVER $700.00

On top of them denying my withdrawal of $4000.00, As I redeposited money on 5/17 to various casinos, each deposit was subtracted from my C2p balance of 4000.00. THEN THEY CHARGED MY BANK ACCOUNT DEBIT CARD TOO.

Their response when I advised them that they submitted duplicate charges of over 700.00 to my checking account was to send them a copy of my statement.

Are they out of their minds!!!! I told them that they should be able to investigate it on their end. Response: we only show one debit for each transaction!!!! So I have to prove they doubled billed me and can't do that until closing date of my next statement as they will not accept a copy of only the transactions in question, even though each of them has their transaction number on it and they could easily look it up with that number.

They are totally incompetent to handle large sums of money. They couldn't manage their way out of paper bag!!!!!!

    Jerks!!!!!!

Complain to your bank, Since they have officially announced they no longer process to the US, this is damn near fraud. Block the card at your bank for Click2Pay, wait for it to take effect, dump the rest of your Click2Pay balance into a casino or two (making sure they don't insist on sending funds back to Click2Pay.
When your Click2Pay account is empty, you can hit them hard on this without any danger of them locking down your account and trapping the rest of the $4000.
At least, unlike Neteller, you have a window of opportunity to get your funds out into a casino. Remember what happened when Neteller were "working on a solution", it turned out the funds had been effectively frozen, and as far as I am aware this is still the case with a "solution being worked out with the DoJ to return funds to clients".

In terms of getting them out again, casinos do not let themselves be used like this, although they may make an exception for a very good customer. Really, the casino industry should be more flexible in this situation, after all, players are in this position with Click2Pay because they continued to play at the casinos in question instead of vanishing at the slightest hint of trouble (as many casinos did).

Well, I got the same response to my query about withdrawals.

I wonder if non-US customers are having problem?

I also heard a rumor that c2p might send out checks, denominated in euros, for a fee. Don't know if it's true. And don't know what I'd do with a euro-denominated check.

Anyway, I went ahead and decided to "launder" some of the cash locked up in my c2p account. Found a couple of casinos that still pay fairly quick, and don't demand that withdrawals go back to same source as deposit. It's basically depsit, gamble it up (I still try to double my money with big bets, it makes Gamblor happy), and request withdrawal to ecocard or check. We'll see how that goes.

As far as I know, only members of Austria, Germany, Switzerland and U.S. were ever allowed to withdraw via wire transfer. Other poor guys - just like me - were fighting with cheques or click2pay debit cards.

Short version: Avoid Click2pay cheques and debit card if you can!

    Long version:

    Debit Card:

You - or at least non U.S residents, don't know for sure - can apply for a Click2pay debit card. I think it costs something like 25-30 USD, you can check C2pay website for details. Some people have reported big delay in receiving the card after ordering (4-6 weeks). For others it was only 1-2 week. After receiving the card, you need to move your funds from your balance to your debit card balance in order to withdraw. It takes a few days, and very problematic, transactions are sometimes stucked, and you don't have the possibility to check your debit card balance, so you have to track it manually.

Now you can imagine how easy to resolve these stucked transaction, as you won't get fast replies from c2pay. Another issue I have heard about is that the exchange rate is terrible, at least when withdrawing money in Hungary, and the withdraw fee is 4$ per transaction.

    Cheques:

Why would they send you a cheque in euros? Do you have a eur click2pay account? I have a usd account, and my cheques were denominated in usd. My cheques were issued by Dresdner Bank, Germany, and a usd cheque from a German Bank was a nightmare, more than 40 usd was deducted during cash-in. If they would issue the cheque via Dresdner, than eur would be better for you, otherwise (issued by a U.S bank) usd. But their cheque was finally cleared.

These guys have to be the absolute most inept payment processor to ever exist. I have a payment (or partial payment) coming from somewhere that will ONLY pay via Click2Pay. So three days ago I wrote to them asking for info re: the debit card and/or cheques. That's ALL I wanted to know. Here is their reply.

So after reading through half a page of totally irrelevant bullshit, now they're saying that withdrawals are not being processed......PERIOD. And Gerilege, after reading your post, I'm not even going to attempt it. I will deposit the money somewhere, try and play it through once and withdraw to another method.

I do not know how these people have even stayed in business as long as they have.

One final question, does anyone know if C2P works in realtime? Like Moneybookers, Neteller, etc. You know, when the merchant sends the payment, is it in your account right away? Or is there a delay while they "process" it?
