I use the same card Andi, and I've never had it denied anywhere. The majority of my play is at 32Red/Dash (including tonight)....but I have also used it in the past at Villento Las Vegas, Grand Prive, Casino Share (none of them recently though)...and most recently at the new Prime Casino. Like I said, never a denial. Are you sure you've activated it properly...and that your billing address for the card matches the physical address that the casinos have on file?

    Lightbulb

    Thanks Pinababy69!
I just got it today and they told me no need to activate, hmmmm.
When I tried registering the card at 32 Red I had to enter a 3 or 4 digit code from the back of the card.
Actually the casino has my PO Box # only, wonder if this is the problem?
    Thanks again for your help!

Hi Andi...yep, that could be a problem. The addresses definitely have to match. I would also go to http://www.nextwavetitaniumplus.com which is the website for the card. You have to create a user account, with password. There should be a link there to activate the card, but that may not be necessary. But you should definitely give the casino the same address on file with Mastercard.

As to the CVV code, that is the "last" three digit number on the back. There's a four digit #, and then a three digit #.....you'll have to enter in the three digit one everytime you make a deposit. It's like a security code. Any more problems, let me know, because it should definitely work...that's all I use there.

    I followed all your directions!!
Easy enough, now they want a copy of the card, which is copying all black!
What a pain in the neck.....did this happen to you?
    Thanks

Yeah, I have a copy of my card scanned and saved on my puter. I had the same problem with it copying too dark...so I had a friend of mine use a colour scanner to make a copy and it turned out beautiful. You may want to remind them that it's only the temporary card you have right now. It takes about 2-3 weeks to get your permanent card with your name on it. Make sure when you copy the back of the CC, that you black out your 3-digit CVV number. There's no reason that they need that.

Which casino is this that's asking for a copy of the card upfront? I don't think I ever had to send in a copy until I cashed out.

Yikes...well, I'd suggest sending Pat a PM, but he's on holidays for the time being. At least he could get the "copy" stuff waived til you've had a chance to do it. Well, I'm not sure what city you're in....but if you don't have a friend with a colour scanner...maybe a Kinko's or another copy joint? Best of luck!!
