Yep right before the deadline. I think the casinos are fugging over the us players. Because they know the deadline is here. And now they have every reason in the world to not pay via any method now.

This is NOT good news for US players who have been using C2P. If they can't pull money from your bank account, and their processor has gone AWOL, then how the devil are US customers going to withdraw their money out of C2P??

Has C2P released a general statement and contacted ALL affected customers as to this situation??

Players, I usually don't run around telling people what to do, but if you value your gaming dollars, please don't deposit anywhere until things are much more stable than they are at the moment!! Please!
Alice: But I don't want to go among mad people.
The Cat: Oh, you can't help that. We're all mad here. I'm mad. You're mad.

You know, even if I can't deposit into C2P directly, I still hope I can use my account to move funds in and out of casinos. Also, we don't know that this shuts off withdrawals from C2P, which is not via ACH. Hopefully more answers will be forthcoming this week.

    Exclamation Click2pay owned my Wirecard

As far as I know Wirecard was their processor and Wirecard is connected to a Bank in Germany, I thought they were owned by that bank.

Also, I was under the assumption that that was who was processing the wiretransfers so I doubt withdrawals will be processed.'

I wouldn't hold my breath to receive a notice from click2pay they don't even answer emails!!!! Or notify via email of policy changes, based on past experience

Exclamation PULLED OUT BEFORE WHAT DEADLINE?

To my knowledge the Federal Banking Reserve, and u.s. treasury have not yet issued any new guidelines. .

This is why I could not understand why C2P pulled the plug on ACH withdrawals, they could have just coded them as refunds, at least up to the amount of previous deposits. i.e. you made 3000.00 worth of transfers to c2p they could have atleast allowed ach withdrawal transactions up to that amount.

They have been coding them as clothing, apparel purchases by the way. Thank god I happened upon that. Because my bank called the other day wanting to know what I purchased through click2pay. I answered clothing items.

So I immediately stopped depositing using c2p because they are definately "being watched". That is why they are stopping ach deposits. If they are allowing any deposits in the future it will proabably require the same JUMP THROUGH HOOPS to deposit that eco card requires.

My guess is they will close all u.s. accounts. Luckily I stopped using them. Plus I hated their bullshit. Changing policies without notice, not responding to emails, and the like.

I think the DOJ and Fed Gov. have definately won. Anyone playing now is seriously exposing themselves to financial problems with the IRS and DOJ and more importantly U.S. banks. It may even affect ability to get credit cards in the future, who knows. As we are illegally using our bank accounts to fund illegal transactions is what the banks will use as a reason to close our accounts and then report our transactions to the feds as they are required to do by law. I believe under the Bank Secrecy ACT.

I called Click2Pay and here's what the CS agent told me about the situation:

    - The loss of their ACH processor is "temporary" and they are planning to have this deposit option available again, although no time frame was given.
    - Nothing else has changed with US accounts. Transfers can still be made to and from merchants, withdrawal requests will still be processed and deposits by credit card will still be accepted.
    - There are no plans to drop US customers as a result of this situation.

Look, I'm not telling anyone from the US that they should or should not continue gambling online in this current environment. You don't have to jump on me like that for just wanting to share information with those who plan to continue playing.

Thumbs down NOBODY SHOULD TRUST A WORD CLICK2PAY SAYS

YEA click2pay withdrawal button temporary, NOT Plus I never could get deposit by credit card to work so that is out, probably for most. That leaves wire transfer money to them. NOT ON MY LIFE!!!

Wire transfering any of these places from your bank account is one sure way to set off the ALARM. They are all wanting us to take the RISK associated with depositing that is why they now want the whole deposit process taken care of on our end. They do not want to submit payment requests to our accounts. And, if we totally initiate the transfer they know we can not dispute if we don't get paid or they won't allow any withdrawals.

    DOJ HAS WON EVERYONE
