The owner of the site admitted it was a hoax too now. They claim it was done in the interest of drawing attention to UIEGA, but I think it was a cheap promotion scheme and an exercise in viral marketing.
With so much going on its really a crime to waste everyone's time with a cheap hoax like this. Shame on you guys!
