Just received an email from Wager Junction Group, Including Windows Casino, GoldKey Ccasino and Magic Oasis, they are no longer accecpting players from the US.

This is really too bad.

One of the last casinos groups that I trust leaving the US market.

Now the way is open for the real rouges (Indian Casinos) to screw over the Americans gamblers... Thanks US DOJ.

I noticed on another thread that they are screwing US players as a parting gift, those who had unfinished WR are having ALL WINNINGS voided - they didn't have a chance, as YET AGAIN, it was "lock first & contact players afterwards".
Either they are bordering on bankrupt, or they are simply doing what big business does - screw every last penny from the operation and sod the customers they are no longer interested in impressing.
If this is an early sign of an RTG pullout, then players should make sure they never go to bed with unfinished WR on a coupon with the remaining RTG casinos that still take US players.
This mass srewing of the US player on exit will come back to haunt them, as eventually this will be mainstream news, and could end up being summed up in a hard hitting documentary, and one that the anti lobby here in the UK will most likely make to counter the government pro view.

If casinos cannot be trusted in a time of crisis, the players they currently treat well will feel they have to constantly watch their backs - hardly relaxing.

I hope that is not the case.

I'll leave judgment on the paticular case you talk about, till the casino rep has his say.

And only one person reporting problems, makes me wonder, if this were the casinos policy, I think there would be more people complaining about it.

But you never know, I could be wrong.

I hope that this is simply a case of the CS not being fully aware of the circumstances, and quoting the standard rulebook. However, it suggests that even those sites still prepared to accept US players could effect an abrupt about-turn without giving any notice to allow players to withdraw their funds themselves. It would not surprise me if many US players had now decided not to deposit at ANY site till the dust settles, or to deposit only small amounts that they are not too worried about being able to withdraw from.
